Youth Ministry of NLCC exists to:

Our vision is to be a multicultural Youth Group who is empowered to love God, themselves, and others, is inspired to learn, and driven to establish a life changing relationship with Jesus. Welcoming: Practicing radical hospitality to engage youth in relationships

3. Integrated into the Life of the Church: Youth are visible participants alongside their church family in a lifelong journey of faith. Establish students in the five functions of the Acts 2 model revealed in Acts 2:42-47 (National AG Youth Ministries)

Strategy
Offer fun activities to connect, or re-connect with teens throughout the year. Reach teens one-by-one to form new connections, or build relationships. (Luke 15:4)
Provide an environment in which teens can consider, discover, and grow in their faith. Raise up teen leaders who participate in, and help lead youth group activities. Inspire teens to actively participate, and take ownership in weekly youth group, and Sunday services. Encourage teens to connect with their peers, live out their faith, serve people, give generously, and reach the lost for Christ.
