God has called all people to be his witnesses and share the message of hope and salvation to the world. Trinity Lutheran Church accomplishes this through

local mission work, membership
in the Michigan District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, and through the agency of
Lutheran World Relief.

“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8).

Jesus said, “Everyone then who hears these words of Mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock” (Matthew 7:24). That Rock is Christ, Who by His blood has given us salvation; by the Holy Spirit we live obedient lives of service, standing on that Rock. Earthquakes, floods, and winds do not move or harm that house; life’s problems and temptations will not harm the believer who holds to the Rock, our Lord Jesus Christ. Trusting in God’s strength, we respond to God’s Word by doing His will.

A boy and his father walked into a pet store to look for a puppy. As they were looking into the cage the father asked his son. “Which one do you want.?” In the back, one of the puppies was busily wagging his tail. The boy told his father, “I want the one with the happy ending.” The wonderful thing about being God’s people is that we have a happy ending when we receive God’s love and blessings and turn right around and share His love and gifts with others.
