We are a non-denominational church right here in Osage, Iowa. Our mission is to bring Life-Joy and Beauty to our community and to one another. As a church we are centered on the Acts 2 model of Worship-Connecting-Going-Serving and Growing.

A big shout out to Jordan Johnson, Jacob Charles Johnson, Ashley Maxine, Jeremey Simerson, Jamie Carrison Simerson, Shannon Schaeffer, Todd Schaeffer, Christine Carrison, and Callie White for an incredible job of handing out water for NCF at the Osage 4th of July Parade. You all were and are amazing.

We have around 400 bottles of water to give out at the parade tomorrow, 15 bags of ice, 4 coolers, and 2 wagons. We also have 5 volunteers. We still need 200 bottles of water, 2 more coolers and 2 more wagons, and 1 or 2 more volunteers.
Bottled water is really cheap at dollar general right now and if 10 of you donated 4 cases we would meet our numbers. We are also in need of 2 more wagons. The wagons allow us to carry the ice chests up and down the side walk, making the job a lot easier. Last of all if you would like to volunteer 2 hours we could use you. We are looking for people to man the stationary filling stations on both sides of main street. Your job will simply be to add bottled water to the empty ice chests. You will be able to watch the parade and serve the community and Jesus at the same time. Woot Woot!!!!
Pastor will be at the church at 7:30 a.m. to pack up the water, fill the ice chests and load the wagons. Church we really need your help.

The church is in need of 6 ice chests and 3 wagons for the 4th. If you are able to let us borrow please bring them Sunday.

The Christian life according to James is about recieving the WORD of GOD and then putting into practice that very Word. Faith without works is dead, it is a still born faith. Go change world by living the Word of God. Stop talking and start doing.
