Worry is not meant to carry the weight of our lives. As believers we should bring everything to God in prayer: Every worry and need. Instead of allowing anxiety to consume our thoughts, place those concerns into the loving hands of our Heavenly Father. Prayer shifts our focus from the size of our problems to the greatness of our God. As we pray with thanksgiving, we remember His faithfulness in the past and trust Him with the future. God is always near. Every burden surrendered to Him becomes an opportunity to experience His peace.
Psalm 55:22
Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.
