Pastor Michael Tomlinson had a 30 year he**in addiction and served 18 years in various state prisons. He became a Christian in June of 1989, but that wasn’t enough to keep him from going back to prison two more times. As he sat there in prison and witnessed the same men coming in over and over again, God revealed to him that these men needed discipleship training to stay out of prison. Pastor Toml

inson was released for the last time and in 1996, Jordan Crossing Ministries was established. For the past 24 years Jordan Crossing Ministries has discipled a vast amount of men and women who were released from prison, jail, and off the streets. The homes are located in Northern California. The ministry derives its revenue from residential private pay, and charitable donations. What Jordan Crossing Ministries Provides:

Reconciliation of families
Family structure
Vocational training and work assignments
Christian 12-step support groups within the community. Extensive bible studies
Strict accountability training for each disciple. What makes this ministry successful? It is the comprehensive Christian training and emphasis on individual accountability to the word of God.
