The Presbyterian Church of Oronoco is the little white church on the hill in beautiful Oronoco, Minnesota. We have been here since 1869 when the first members chartered a Presbyterian church in Oronoco. It is our blessing and our joy to have been worshiping and serving in the Oronoco community and surrounding area for nearly 150 years. Our members continue to be involved in a wide variety of commu

nity events/activities, and our church building has housed the Oronoco Food Shelf since 2009. A passage from the book of 1 John remains near and dear to our heart and mission as the body of Christ in this place: “God’s love was revealed among us in this way: God sent God’s only Son into the world so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we loved God but that God loved us and sent the Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also out to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and God’s love is perfected in us.” (1 John 4:9-12)
