Presbyterian Church of Oronoco We are a small church in Oronoco with a big mission. We are community of believers whose mission is to share God's Word, show God's Love, serve God's Worl

The Presbyterian Church of Oronoco is the little white church on the hill in beautiful Oronoco, Minnesota. We have been here since 1869 when the first members chartered a Presbyterian church in Oronoco. It is our blessing and our joy to have been worshiping and serving in the Oronoco community and surrounding area for nearly 150 years. Our members continue to be involved in a wide variety of commu

nity events/activities, and our church building has housed the Oronoco Food Shelf since 2009. A passage from the book of 1 John remains near and dear to our heart and mission as the body of Christ in this place: “God’s love was revealed among us in this way: God sent God’s only Son into the world so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we loved God but that God loved us and sent the Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also out to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and God’s love is perfected in us.” (1 John 4:9-12)

No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here. We welcome you to come and worship with us on Sunday morning and to participate in the activities our congregation has to offer. We look forward to meeting you.

The Presbyterian Church of Oronoco is this kind of community. Here, we believe that questions aren't a sign of weak faith but of a growing faith. Here, we welcome you no matter where you are on your faith journey. Here, we will give you coffee, a warm handshake (or hug, if you're a hugger), and a safe space to connect with God and with each other. Here, you belong ... all the time ... no matter what. 🙏❤️

Come join us from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for our Trunk or Treat! We'll have all sorts of goodies for kids, a photobooth to take some awesome picture of your kids/family in costume, a lunch available for a free will offering (hot dogs, chips, cookies/bars, and something to drink), and even a list of other local Halloween events ... just in case your costumes need a little extra mileage before Oct. 31! ;)
