Granted God's grace, we have to try to follow their footsteps" (Blessed Boleslawa Lament).

The more activity in which you find yourself, the more you will need your times of prayer. Excessive activity has a way of becoming a drain. It also has a mysterious fascination. Like a treadmill or merry-go-round, it is hard to get off. Regular prayer is a real discipline. To interrupt what you are doing in order to pray can be difficult. You need to be convinced that your time of prayer is more important than any other activity apart from some urgent call of charity. You will be surprised that things you have to do fall into place and get accomplished more quickly. You will be able to see the proportionate value of your activities and what should be done first // Fr. Thomas Keating, Open Mind Open Heart

The heart of our mission beats in the Heart of Jesus ❤️‍🔥

For the Missionary Sisters of the Holy Family, devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus is not just a practice—it is a way of living. In His Heart, we discover a love that is patient, merciful, and endlessly giving. It is there that we learn how to love as He loves.

Rooted in prayer and expressed through service, this devotion inspires us to unite contemplation with action—drawing strength from Jesus in silence, and sharing His compassion in our daily encounters with others.

The Sacred Heart reminds us that every act of kindness, every hidden sacrifice, and every moment of fidelity matters. Through His Heart, we are invited to bring warmth, unity, and hope to the world—especially within families.

May we always find refuge in His Heart and become living reflections of His love.

Blessed Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus ❤️‍🔥

O most holy Heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore you, I love you, and with a lively sorrow for my sins, I offer you this poor heart of mine. Make me humble, patient, pure, and wholly obedient to your will. Grant, Good Jesus, that I may live in you and for you. Protect me in the midst of danger; comfort me in my afflictions; give me health of body, assistance in my temporal needs, your blessing on all that I do, and the grace of a holy death.
Amen.

✨Corpus Christi Sunday✨
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven…”
— John 6:51

Today we adore Jesus, truly present in the Holy Eucharist: the Bread of Life, the Living Bread, the gift of His very Flesh and Blood
for the life of the world.

In the Eucharist, Christ gives us His whole self—
His unconditional Love,
His peace,
His forgiveness,
His healing,
His transformation,
and the promise of eternal life.

May our hearts be filled with awe before this great Mystery, and may our lives become a living testimony of His presence:
a family united in love, a Church strengthened in mission, and a world renewed by His grace.

O Jesus, living Bread from heaven,
abide in us, transform us, and send us forth.

Tomorrow, Sunday, June 7, 2026, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi).

On this beautiful feast, the faithful who devoutly participate in a solemn Eucharistic procession can obtain a plenary indulgence — the complete remission of all temporal punishment due to sin.

This indulgence is a tremendous gift from the Church, rooted in the infinite merits of Jesus in the Eucharist. As St. Thomas Aquinas wrote in the hymn Lauda Sion: “This is the Bread of Life, the true Body of Christ.”

How to Obtain the Plenary Indulgence:

✅ Devoutly join a Corpus Christi Eucharistic Procession (inside or outside the church).
✅ Go to Confession (about 20 days before or after).
✅ Receive Holy Communion (ideally on the day itself).
✅ Pray for the intentions of the Pope (e.g., one Our Father + one Hail Mary).

Even if your parish doesn’t hold a public procession, you can still gain great graces by attending Holy Mass with deep reverence, spending time in Eucharistic Adoration, and making an act of spiritual communion while fulfilling the other conditions.

✝️ Let us honor Jesus truly present in the Blessed Sacrament and draw closer to His Sacred Heart. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith!

✨40 Hours of Eucharistic Devotion ✨

As we prepare our hearts to celebrate Corpus Christi, what a grace-filled time to adore, love, and remain in the Presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament!

In the silence of Adoration, hearts are revived, wounds are healed, and souls are renewed. The 40 Hours Devotion is not only a powerful personal encounter with Christ, but also a deep wellspring of grace for our entire parish as we ready ourselves to honor His Eucharistic Presence.

When a community gathers before the Eucharistic Lord, heaven touches earth. His love radiates through every prayer, every moment of stillness. This is how true revival begins—at the feet of Jesus.

“Could you not watch one hour with Me?” (Mt 26:40)
Let us not grow weary of keeping watch with Him, especially as we prepare to celebrate the great feast of His Body and Blood.

On June 11, the Catholic Bishops of the United States will officially consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. 🇺🇸

Devotion to the Sacred Heart existed before St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, but it became widespread through the revelations she received from Jesus in the late 1600s.

In June 1675, during the octave of Corpus Christi, Jesus asked that a feast honoring His Sacred Heart be celebrated on the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi as an act of reparation for sin.

The Church gradually approved the devotion, and in 1856 Pope Pius IX extended the Feast of the Sacred Heart to the entire Catholic Church.

Today, Catholics continue this devotion through First Friday practices, Eucharistic adoration, and acts of reparation.
