Father's Day Sermon
"A Woman named Damaris"
Acts 17:30-34

30 God overlooked the times of ignorance, but now He commands all men everywhere to repent. 31 For He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by a Man whom He has appointed, having given assurance of this to all men by raising Him from the dead.”
32 When they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some scoffed. But others said, “We will hear you again concerning this matter.” 33 So Paul departed from them. 34 However, some men joined him and believed. Among them were Dionysius the Areopagite, and a woman named Damaris, and others with them.

WHO AMONG YOU BELIEVES?

1 Peter 1:22-23 (NKJV)
The Enduring Word
22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying
the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, 23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.

Blessings
Everyone!! Note Update!
We will have Sunrise service on the hill south of Alma (and west 1/2 mile) of Hwy 183 on Easter Sunday. Please be there at 6:45 AM as the sun rises at 7:00AM. Jamie Hargett will give the inspiring message. We will try to park you so you can stay in your cars and enjoy the service. Bring your coffee and have a joyous time with the Lord. Invite others to meet with us to see the beautiful sunrise across the Harlan Co Dam. Pray for good weather, Jamie, and for the Lord's presence on each of us. A Good time to fellowship and be encouraged from the long-g-g' winter. Remember the "Stone" has been rolled away!
