Last Sunday was awesome. We continued our new series “The Greatest” talking about all of the things that make God’s love the greatest love we will ever know. Also, in grow group hour we began to dive into some Bible skills as we grow in our knowledge of how Scripture fits together and how we can navigate God’s Word.

Our 4th-6th grade OBC Kids had an incredible weekend at conference. We learned to LOOK and LISTEN for God’s truth, to COLLECT and CONNECT the evidence of Scripture and experiences with God to find the Truth, and then to SHOW and TELL the Truth of God to those around us. We had FUN! These kids are so loved and so prayed for, and God is preparing mighty things for their lives!!

We welcomed our missionary families into our OBC Kids service this morning. We got to share our missions week theme song with them, and we spent a special time in prayer with our kids praying over them. Our heart is that our kids would know they’re a part of missions right now, no matter how young they are, and that someday God may call them to the mission field too!

Missions Week Night #2 was a blast. We learned about Portugal, continued to pray for our new missionary families, worshipped together and continued to gather stickers in our passports. We can’t wait for tomorrow night. It’s movie night in OBC Kids as we watch “King of Kings”.
