Good morning Bethel family,

I love this prayer that Paul prayed over the believers in Ephesus. Paul wanted them to be empowered by the Holy Spirit in their inner being. He wanted them to grasp the richness and vastness of God’s love and to be filled with the fullness of God. I. too, want this for my life and family, for all of God’s Creation. To be Spiritually minded is life and peace. He gives us what money can't buy and the world can't give. He gives us His eternal life and peace.

So here is Paul’s prayer, but it is also my prayer for us all. I pray that our roots will grow down deep into God’s love and keep us strong. In 1 Corinthians 3:16 Paul said: “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” Beloved, it is so wonderful to know our true identity in Christ Jesus and to know that we are loved and treasured beyond measure. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation… God bless you all! Love in Christ, Janet

When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT

Isaiah 44:3-4 KJV
3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thy offspring: 4 And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.

John 7:37
In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.

Good evening Bethel family,
I was praying this morning and I heard the words of a song, “It’s beginning to rain, hear the voice of the Father. I will pour out my Spirit on your sons and your daughters.” There is something really beautiful taking place in the Spirit realm for whoever is thirsty and dry, they can come and drink and be filled.

In the scriptures above, Isaiah was prophesying to the people of Israel a promise of renewal, of great blessings. It was a message of comfort that restoration would come and the Holy Spirit would be poured out, not just on them, but also on the generations to come. He said I will deliberately and generously pour out a gusher of life-giving sustenance upon all who are thirsty for more of Him. That they would be filled to over-flowing. In John 7 Jesus is inviting any man that is thirsty to come and drink, to be filled with His Spirit. It's an invitation to come to Him in your time of need. Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. He loves every man, woman and child. He has what we have need of. Bring your burdens to the Lord and leave them there. Give it all to Him and He will make a way where there doesn't seem to be a way. He is our way-maker.

The prophesy in Joel 2:28 was manifested on the day of Pentecost. In Acts 2:16 Peter was talking about the Holy Spirit being poured out upon all flesh. He said: But this is that which was spoken of by the prophet Joel.

Beloved, if you’re thirsty and dry, if you need a touch from the Lord, if you need a healing, as the song goes, " just lift your hands to the sky, it’s beginning to rain". He will fill you to over-flowing and you will thirst no more. He’s our life-giver, our rain-maker, our joy-bringer, our healer and I love the Lord with all my heart. I pray that you all have great joy and shalom peace. God bless you abundantly!

Chorus of the day:

I've got that deep settled peace in my soul. I've been redeemed and made whole. I've been washed in the blood of the Lamb and I know I understand, that it's that deep settled peace in my soul.

I've been singing this chorus and it gives me such peace. I pray that it gives you peace today. God bless you our beautiful family! 🙏 ❤️

John 14:27 NLT
I am leaving you with a gift--peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.
