Thanks again to all who participated with last Friday’s,
"I Can, I Will Outreach Event”.
Windsor Cove Initiative's mission is to provide community outreach along with programs and services that will encourage personal growth and development. The Windsor Cove and Mercy Drive residents are well on their way to repairing, rebuilding and revitalizing the community and changing the negative images and stereotypes that has plagued the Mercy Drive community.

WCI would like to thank Matt Maniaci with Operation Hope @ SunTrust of Orlando for an awesome workshop on Understanding Your Credit. Windsor Cove Residents had the opportunity to take a close look at their credit report and get an understanding of what credit is, and how to manage it.

The laundry room facility is now open to all Windsor Cove residents.
Hours of Operations:
9:00 am – 5:00pm
Monday –Sunday
*Last Wash 4:45 pm


The Windsor Cove Family would like to thank Mr. Bobby & Mrs. Patrice Ross, dedicated residents, for volunteering their time as laundry room attendants.

Look what’s happening at Windsor Cove Apartment Homes:

With continued prayers and patients, our management team and staff is hard at work to make a difference to the Windsor Cove Community. Renovations are being made daily to the Windsor Cove apartment homes. Repairs are being made to each individual unit, and the landscape and grounds are being upgraded.
Windsor Cove Initiative along with Mercy Drive Ministries are working together with management to help create positive family environment.

Windsor Cove Community Resource Center would like to Recognize Ms. India Frazier, a dedicated Mollie Ray Elementary parent who dedicates her time volunteering and mentoring. We would also like to congratulate her daughter Miss Jordan Chenault for being a member of the National Honor Society at Mollie Ray Elementary. Way to go Jordan!!!
