YOLO presents Get Fit Day — TOMORROW @ 7pm 💚

Let’s be real… your mind, body, and spirit are all connected whether you know it or not.

The young adults are coming together for Mental Health Awareness Month to move our bodies, talk honestly, and get free in the process.

We’re doing a low-impact workout, real group discussion about mental health, and games that actually make you think about your life, your habits, and your walk with God.
