You have a voice.

Every one of you that is a part of our church has a voice to shepherd and care for the members in our ministry.

It is not all on a pastor to care for the body of Christ, it is a collective effort (and responsibility) of every member.

In Matthew 18, Jesus teaches us what it looks like to be a good shepherd to one another. Check out Sunday’s message (May 31st) on our YouTube channel where Pastor Terrence further explains this idea of being a good shepherd.

Our life situations can sometimes make us feel hopeless; especially when they’ve dragged on for a while with no resolution.

But God can still do a healing work in our lives, even when it feels hopeless.

We see this in the life of the man at Bethesda in John 5, and we can see it in our own lives today.

Even at our worst, mothers have the ability to see the best in us. They see the things they’re most proud of, and their love has no limits or conditions.

This kind of love from a mother is a reflection of God’s love for us. He doesn’t see us as our mistakes or failures, He sees us as His child. His love has no conditions.

Thank you, God (and mothers!), for loving us best when we are at our worst.
