Trinity Downtown - The Ministries of Trinity Lutheran Church & School The ministries of Trinity Lutheran Church & School, known collectively as "Trinity Downtown," have a far reaching impact in our community.

Bringing people closer to Jesus since 1919 and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through ministries which strengthen and equip people for Christian witness and service in downtown, metropolitan Orlando and the world. We are privileged to be able to care for and educate over 300 children from
three months old through PreK-4 in our Child Development Center, and we gather together 150+ people in

worship each weekend from all over the Orlando area. We are a church on a mission to bring people one step closer to Jesus.

This weekend we reflect on Matthew 14:22–33, where Jesus meets His disciples in the middle of the storm and speaks words that still calm hearts today: “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”

When waves rise, when fear grows, when life feels unsteady, Jesus doesn’t wait for us to reach safety — He comes to us, speaks to us, and invites us to trust in Him even when circumstances feel overwhelming.

Join us as we hear again the promise that steadies every storm: Jesus is near, and we do not need to be afraid.

This weekend we turn to Matthew 14:13–21, where Jesus feeds the 5,000.

Through this, Jesus reminds us that even in moments of fear, uncertainty, or exhaustion, He is present. When life feels like it’s falling apart, Jesus invites you to trust in Him — not in your circumstances, not in your strength, but in His unfailing care.

Come be encouraged, strengthened, and reminded that you never face life’s storms alone.
