🎒 School may be out for summer, but our Missions team is already preparing for next school year!

From June 14–July 5, we'll be collecting backpacks for local elementary through high school students, and on July 12, we'll gather on campus for a fun volunteer event to fill them with school supplies.

Worship Update: Combined Service for Pastor Jad's Last Sunday – June 28

On Sunday, June 28, we will gather as one church family for a special combined worship service at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary (and live on YouTube) as we hear Rev. Jad Denmark preach for the final time as one of St. Luke's pastors. We look forward to seeing U on campus or online for this meaningful and memorable morning of worship.

[Childcare and kids programming for ages 6 weeks – 5th grade available during worship. Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m.]

Later that same day, all are invited to gather in Building C starting at 1:30 p.m. for a special celebration honoring Pastor Jad and his years of faithful ministry at St. Luke’s. We hope you’ll be part of one or both of these moments on June 28 as we send him into his next chapter surrounded by gratitude, joy, and the community he loves.

Last Saturday, 20 volunteers joined us for St. Luke’s Build Day in East Winter Garden with West Orange Habitat for Humanity, where six homes are currently being built. From putting up siding to adding finishing touches, everyone served with love to help turn these nearly complete houses into homes for local families. Thank U for showing up and sharing your time and love in such a tangible way!

St. Luke’s Coping with Caregiving is a place of love, understanding, and support. You can join safely from home on Zoom, so there’s no need to worry about leaving your loved one alone. Here, you will find validation, encouragement, and the comfort of knowing you are not the only one walking this journey.

With prayers, God’s love, and the support of friends who understand, we can learn to cope better with the challenges of caregiving.

Join us on Sunday, June 28 as we celebrate Pastor Jad Denmark and his 14 years of ministry at St. Luke’s!

Beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Building C, we’ll gather for fellowship, refreshments, and coffee (of course!), followed by a joyful celebration honoring Pastor Jad’s faithful leadership, lasting impact, and the countless ways he has helped care for and shape our church family and community.
