Jai Mata Di!

Last night, on the 5th night of Navratri, Pt Vishnu Hardowar Pandey spoke about Skanda Mata and the importance of Bali Daan. He emphasized that Bali Daan does NOT mean literal sacrifice, such as animals, and that is a tamasik way to worship.

May Skanda Mata fill our hearts with purity, strengthen our faith, and guide us on the path of dharma and devotion.

Join us as we continue with nightly Navratri service at 6:30 PM.

We will have special Kanya and Gau puja on Sunday, Oct 18th, at 9:30 AM followed by evening service at 6:30 PM.

During our first session of Sharad Navratri, Pt Vishnu Hardowar Pandey chanted and explained the importance of the Durga Kavacham.

Kavacham means armor or protective shield.
This chant describes the protective presence of the Goddess through her many divine forms, each associated with particular aspects of protection and well-being.

May Durga Maa bless us all with strength, peace and protection!
