Doing ministry and serving God can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling jobs any one can engage in. However, when ministry interferes with family life and there is lack of balance, it becomes detrimental to the over health of both the minister, his wife and the family at large (both church family and nuclear family)

Whenever leaders are busy in ministry, there will always be significant interruptions due to an unexpected crisis, illness, or stressful situation -- and suddenly family needs are butting heads with ministry needs. How do we decide what needs our attention most? Our schedules are busy, and at times it can seem that we are going in different directions with involvement in church, sports, and social activities. During the busy-ness of life and ministry remember this... your most important relationships are with your family. In this powerful introductory video, Apostle Reindorf, Founder and General Overseer of Crusaders Ministries and his wife Pamela Mantey transparently open up their lives on their journey thus far of responding to the call of God on their lives. Join them as they share their struggles, mistakes, joy and rewards of being faithful in working in the Lord's vineyard. Watch now and receive practical solutions to issues that are plaguing ministers of God and their wives behind closed doors. You have ministered to many, it is time to also receive ministry. WHAT IF THE NEXT REVIVAL THE CHURCH NEEDS IS FINANCIAL?

Years ago, I had a vision that changed the way I thought about revival.

In the vision, I was attending a Christian conference.

I was full of expectation.

I expected preaching.

Prophecy.

Healing.

People falling under the power of God.

Everything I associated with a powerful revival conference.

But something strange happened.

The man standing before the congregation was holding bundles of money.

Instead of preaching, he began calling people forward and placing money into their hands.

People were shouting.

Rejoicing.

Celebrating.

But I was upset.

There was one important detail.

I could not see the man's face.

Because I did not know who he was, I felt very bold criticizing him in my heart.

I thought:

“Why is this man giving people money?”

“He was invited to preach.”

“This is supposed to be a conference.”

“Why is he making this about money?”

Then I came out of the vision.

I needed to use the bathroom.

While I was there, I looked at my reflection in the mirror.

And I heard God speak to me about why He had given me the vision.

Then came the shock.

The man standing before the congregation, the man I had been criticizing, was me.

I was stunned.

God was confronting something in my own thinking.

I considered myself a revivalist.

If you gave me the choice between preaching about revival and teaching about money, business, entrepreneurship, and financial freedom, I would have chosen the traditional revival conference.

But I understood something that day.

God's people also need financial revival.

You can be spiritually alive and financially trapped.

You can have a calling and lack the resources to pursue it.

You can have gifts and not know how to turn them into value.

You can pray for financial breakthrough while lacking the business skills necessary to produce it.

This is why I believe some Christians need business training more than another conference.

We still need prayer.

We still need preaching.

We still need prophecy.

We still need healing.

But the Church must also teach people:

• Entrepreneurship
• Sales
• Marketing
• Money management
• Investing
• Negotiation
• Ownership
• Wealth creation

We have taught believers how to give.

We must also teach them how to create.

Because financial bo***ge can handicap purpose.

Imagine churches teaching people how to pray and build businesses.

How to give and invest.

How to hear God and understand the marketplace.

How to discover their gifts and turn those gifts into solutions.

How to build companies.

Create jobs.

Own assets.

Finance ministry.

Support missions.

And build wealth that can bless future generations.

Maybe revival is not only people falling at the altar.

Maybe revival is also believers rising in the marketplace.

Do you believe the Church needs a FINANCIAL REVIVAL?

Comment FINANCIAL REVIVAL if you agree.

STOP ASKING GOD FOR WHAT HE ALREADY PUT IN YOUR HANDS

Many believers are waiting for a miracle that may already be sitting inside their gift, knowledge, experience, relationships, ideas, and ability to solve problems.

We pray, “Lord, increase me.”

But what if the increase begins with developing what He already gave you?

We pray, “Lord, open a door.”

But what if the door is connected to the skill you keep postponing?

We pray, “Lord, send provision.”

But what if part of the provision is the idea you have refused to build?

There are times when God intervenes in ways only He can.

There are also times when God gives us ability, instruction, opportunity, wisdom, and responsibility, then expects us to move.

God gave Noah instructions, but Noah built the ark.

God gave David courage and ability, but David still had to face Goliath.

God gave Joseph dreams, but Joseph developed the wisdom, leadership, and administrative ability that eventually placed him before Pharaoh.

God gave Israel the Promised Land, but they still had to possess it.

Faith does not remove responsibility.

Prayer does not replace preparation.

Anointing does not replace diligence.

A prophetic word does not remove the need for obedience.

Sometimes what we call “waiting on God” is really fear, procrastination, lack of knowledge, or unwillingness to start small.

You may already have more than you think.

Your life experience may contain a service someone needs.

Your knowledge may become a course.

Your skill may become a business.

Your story may become a book.

Your solution may become a product.

Your relationships may open a door.

Your creativity may solve a problem.

Your years of experience may become consulting.

Your testimony may become a ministry.

Your ability to organize, teach, lead, counsel, build, design, repair, communicate, sell, write, manage, or create may already contain the seed of your next level.

This is also why I believe churches should teach wealth creation alongside generosity.

We should absolutely teach believers to give.

But we should also teach them how to produce.

How to create value.

How to solve problems.

How to build businesses.

How to manage money.

How to invest wisely.

How to develop marketable skills.

How to turn knowledge into useful products and services.

How to build systems that produce sustainable income.

Generosity is powerful, but you cannot continually distribute what you have never learned to produce.

Families need resources.

Ministries need resources.

Missions need resources.

Communities need resources.

Kingdom projects need resources.

The issue is not merely having money.

The issue is becoming a faithful steward who can create, manage, multiply, and deploy resources for a meaningful purpose.

So here is the question I want you to sit with today:

What are you still asking God to give you that He may have already placed within your ability to build?

Do not answer too quickly.

Look at what is already in your hands.

Your gifts.

Your knowledge.

Your experience.

Your contacts.

Your ideas.

Your opportunities.

Your unfinished projects.

Your unused skills.

Your problems that taught you something valuable.

Your next breakthrough may not begin with something falling from heaven.

It may begin when you finally use what heaven already gave you.

Write the plan.

Learn the skill.

Make the call.

Launch the service.

Finish the book.

Start the business.

Create the product.

Apply for the opportunity.

Ask for help.

Serve the first customer.

Take the first step.

Small beginnings are still beginnings.

Comment BUILD if you are ready to stop postponing what God placed in your hands.

Then tell me:

What are you building?

We teach Christians how to give. But who is teaching them how to create wealth?

Churches should teach generosity AND wealth creation: business, investing, ownership, stewardship, and financial discipline.

Deuteronomy 8:18 says God gives us power to produce wealth.

Imagine financially strong believers funding missions, creating jobs, supporting families, and advancing the Kingdom.

We need both.

Do you agree? Comment “WE NEED BOTH,” save this, and share it.

YOUR KINGDOM VISION MAY REQUIRE MORE FINANCIAL CAPACITY

Missions need funding. Businesses need capital. Families need provision. Communities need solutions.

Money is not the mission, but it can fund the mission.

Build wealth with integrity. Steward it wisely. Give generously. Use resources to serve people and advance your assignment.

If God increased your financial capacity, what Kingdom work would you fund first?

🚨 WHAT IF EVERYTHING YOU WERE TAUGHT ABOUT JESUS AND MONEY WAS INCOMPLETE?
Discover 4 biblical principles that could change how you earn, manage, give, and think about money.

Jesus never said money was evil. He warned about allowing money to become your master.

Money reveals priorities. It tests stewardship. It creates opportunities to serve.

You can build wealth without worshiping wealth.

The question is: **Does money serve your purpose, or have you started serving money?**

Manage wisely. Give generously. Keep God first.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT MAY BE QUIETLY SABOTAGING YOUR FUTURE

You can have a powerful vision and still struggle if your environment keeps feeding the person you're trying to outgrow.

Your conversations, relationships, content, and surroundings shape what feels normal.

Ask yourself: Does my environment support the future I'm praying for?

Protect your vision. Choose your influences wisely.

STOP PRAYING FOR WHAT JESUS HAS ALREADY GIVEN YOU.

Too many believers are asking God for authority when He's already entrusted it to them.

Fear has a loud voice, but it doesn't have the final word.

You were called to pray with confidence, stand for truth, resist temptation, and reflect Christ wherever you go.

Don't live like a victim when Christ has called you to be an overcomer.

THE DANGEROUS COST OF SPIRITUAL PASSIVITY

Spiritual drift rarely happens overnight.

It begins when prayer becomes optional, God's Word is neglected, and obedience is delayed.

The longer you drift, the harder it is to recognize you're drifting.

Today, take one step back toward God.
