We are always humbled as we witness the beauty of what Spirit cocreates with us, and for us, for our highest good. This weekend we witnessed the Divine weave love and connection through each and every soul. Giving each of us just what we needed. Thank you Mother Ayahuasca for the beauty, wisdom and love that you bestowed on us. Thank you to all our plant allies and to Mother Earth for holding us so sweetly. This life is a gift and we shall hold it with much gratitude as we move through our day today. Wishing everyone the most beautiful day!

Sitting in ceremony is a big decision. Some people plan well ahead when they feel the call - months or even a year in advance. Others have a sense of urgency so they book right away, preparing in only a couple weeks. There is no right or wrong way. When you are ready, you will know and the medicine will be waiting.

Let’s be honest.

We’ve all been there. Quoting the “Universe” instead of owning our own stuff. Saying we’re going to “manifest” without really taking any action. Touting “love and light” while repressing our own emotions.

Here’s the hard truth.

We’re human. We all have participated in Spiritual Bypassing at some point on our healing path. The key is being able to see these actions and thoughts so we can course correct.

The term Spiritual bypassing is used frequently in the spiritual community. We see it when we use spiritual beliefs or practices to avoid facing difficult emotions, trauma or personal responsibility. And yes, bypassing also includes not fully committing to your integration. Like when you only partially look at things but not take responsibility for it.

Spiritual bypassing is a protection mechanism. We avoid pain so that we don’t have to feel it. Avoidance keeps us safe. But the reality is, it keeps us stuck.

The spiritual path is not about ignoring our humanity.

Real transformation unfolds through the sacred work of integration. Where we can meet ourselves with awareness, honesty and compassion.

So take a good hard look in the mirror and ask yourself, “Am I bypassing?”

Awareness is the first step. Not to shame or blame. But to finally become accountable for your own healing.

Real spirituality isn’t perfect. It’s messy. It is the presence of doubt, fear, grief and anger. But it also holds the joy, happiness and peace that we long for. It’s all of it...all our humanness packaged into every moment of our existence.

And that is what makes us whole.

Did you know Integration is not a checklist?
Nor is it something you “get right.”
And it’s definitely not “one size fits all”.
Not everyone’s integration path looks the same.

Integration is taking your ceremony experience and embodying it so that it can change how you live.

Some days it may look like reflection.
Other days it may involve movement.
It can even be an honest conversation.
And it may surprise you that it can be a simple day of taking a breath and returning to yourself.

We created this Integration Wheel as a way to gently expand what integration can look like—so you can find what feels true and supportive for you.

You don’t have to do everything.
You don’t have to force anything.
You are already integrating.
This is simply an invitation to notice how.
And when you are ready, add more tools to your integration tool belt.

We pray this helps you on your integration path.

As we close out April, we give thanks for all the beautiful moments from our April retreat. The reuniting of brothers and sisters, with old and new friends…with family. Such an honor to be in service again, as this calling is more like a devotion than work. Witnessing the courage and strength of these beautiful souls, and others, continues to ignite our passion. One we are so grateful to be able to do yet again.

Just because you can feel something, does not mean you need to engage it.

Facilitation often involves perceiving beyond the physical into emotional, psychological, and sometimes spiritual layers of experience.

But not everything that arises is an invitation.

Spiritual boundaries are what protect both the facilitator and the participant.

With clear boundaries, the facilitator is able to:
🌱stay in their own energy
🌱avoid overreaching or “intervening” unnecessarily
🌱respect the autonomy of another person’s process
🌱and remain grounded

Without clear boundaries, a facilitator can unintentionally cross into spaces that are not theirs, creating confusion, dependency, or harm.

True facilitation honors sovereignty and the boundaries of all the individuals in ceremony.

It allows each person to have their own experience without intrusion, interpretation, or control.

Because safety is not created through doing more.

It is created through knowing where you end and another begins. 🤍
