This week we need to keep our country in our prayers! Pray that the person whom God has "ordained" will be our President. Pray that this decision will be treated with respect and courtesy. Also, REGARDLESS of who you voted for, pray and lift up that person who was chosen. Pray for the well being of our country. Pray for those who are serving our country=the military and their families, those who are in governmental seats, and everyone in between. Pray for each other and our families. That is what America is all about! That is what being a Christian is ALL about! Let our lights be a beacon in a world full of darkness! Love you ladies! God bless and keep you and those you love safe and sound! 💕🌹🙌🌹💕

🎃Posting this for those of you who were going to help with the pumpkin patch.

This is per Ms. Pat:

"Dear friend,

"...The pumpkins were scheduled to arrive this Saturday the 10th. Due to weather (hurricanes) and virus, the number of trucks available to transport pumpkins is greatly reduced. We do not know when the truck will be loaded in New Mexico, it takes 4 days for it to get here. If you were planning to help unload, we wanted to let you know Saturday is cancelled. Pray for our pumpkins to get here sooner than later.

If you had signed up to work the patch, we will be in touch once we know the new dates.

I woke up this morning and before I could say "Good morning, Father and fur babies!" I was singing "The Old Rugged Cross"! I remember when my Mom was maturing in her walk with Christ, she used to tell me that when I wake up with a hymn or a worship song on my lips it meant that there was a spiritual battle going on when I was sleeping.

When you are in spiritual oneness with Christ, your spirit soars with Him. The evil one is not happy when we are in line with Christ. So, we are in constant battle against him. That is why we have to fill and arm ourselves completely with the word of God according to Ephesians 6:10-12 (and vs. 13-18 which I didn't quote but encourage you all to read)

"10 Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics[a] of the Devil. 12 For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens."

This was put on my heart today because each one of us and our families have battles constantly raging in and around us. Be strong and know that our Lord and Savior never leaves us alone. Even when you are sleeping, He and his angels are with you keeping you safe in Him. Never lose hope!
"...for He Himself has said, I will never leave you or forsake you.!" (Hebrews 13:5b)

My prayer for you today is for you all to rest in Him knowing that He is by your side. Whatever is on your mind or what you are going through, Jesus is there with you ready to pick you up when you stumble. Be blessed and at peace today, ladies!

Pumpkin patch! We need some more people to help with the patch! Bobby and Ms. Pat have been making sure that precautions are in place to maintain our safety. So, please sign up for at least one day a week to help/assist with the pumpkin patch! Call the church or Ms. Pat to find out what days are needed. Plus, if you don't, then I will! Already told Ms Pat that I will be the backup person. So...I don't want to live at the pumpkin patch this October! Sign up ladies!

Now guess what? Christmas is coming! Yep, it's that time of year. I'm getting an early start on finding out who is available to help with the decorations for the sanctuary after Ms. Pat's AWESOME Christmas brunch.
