How are church planters equipped for the work ahead? In this episode of our "Christians Beyond the Classroom" series, host Dean Weaver talks with Richard Rieves, EPC Regional Director of Church Planting, about the Incubator Training program.

Richard unpacks how the EPC built a training pipeline for planters rooted in Tim Keller's Center Church framework, in partnership with Redeemer City to City. Over 6-8 months, the Incubator courses guide planters through gospel renewal and contextualization — helping them shape a theological vision suited to their unique time and place.

His encouragement for all of us? Don't be afraid to learn new skills when God calls you into something new. We're all lifelong learners in following Jesus. 🌱
