This Friday, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops asks us to join in fasting and praying as we ask for our Blessed Mother’s intercession and guidance as the Church continues to walk with mothers and families in need, continues to promote alternatives to abortion, and seeks to create a culture of life. Lord Jesus, our Divine Healer, please have mercy on us especially the sick members of our communities. We humbly beg your healing power, O Lord, to be upon those people who are suffering right now because of sickness. Restore them to health soon, so that they may also serve you, increase their faith and strengthen their mind and spirits. Amen.
