Welcome and Announcements
*Call to Worship
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
The earth was formless and empty,
and darkness covered the deep.
And God began to speak and said, "Let there be light,"
and there was light.
God spoke and made all creation. Give God the glory!
*Hymn # 455 - vs. 1, 3, 5, 6, “All Creatures of Our God and King”
* Confession of Sin
Holy God, You spoke and the beautiful creation sprang forth,
but we have brought chaos and disorder into Your world.
You said, "Let there be light," but we have preferred the
shadows,
trying to hide our thoughts, our words, and our deeds.
Your Word became flesh and dwelt among us
full of grace and truth.
Yet we have muffled the creative power of Your truth
with our silence when we ought to speak,
and with our noise when we ought to listen.
Forgive us, Creator God,
and speak new creation into our broken hearts once more.
Assurance of Pardon
Hear the Good News: "The true light that gives light to
everyone has come into the world.” In Christ, the Word made
flesh, our darkness is overcome. Know that God’s forgiving,
renewing love is for us all, Christ sets us free to walk in the
light. Believe and share the Good News!
In Jesus Christ, we are forgiven!
In Jesus Christ, we are a new creation!

Organ Donation?
What a joy it was to gather together on June 28 for our first Organ Dedication.
Listening to the descriptive narratives and hearing how each unique feature,
sound, and beautiful texture of the instrument came alive through the music was
truly an unforgettable experience. The new organ has already deeply enriched
our worship and brought a beautiful new dimension to our musical praise.
To make this wonderful upgrade possible, we utilized approximately $20,000
from our church's Memorial Fund to complete the purchase. This fund holds a special place in our church, allowing us to honor loved ones by sustaining the long-term life and beauty of our church.
If the improved musical experience has touched your heart during worship, we
kindly invite you to consider a special financial gift to help replenish our Memorial Fund. We are not planning a formal fund drive or tracking a specific
goal periodically. Instead, we are simply providing a space for those who feel moved by this beautiful addition to give as they are able.Because our ministries rely on your steady support, we ask that any gift toward
this effort be over and above your 2026 church pledge.
Thank you for your continued openness, your presence, and your generosity in keeping our shared home and worship beautiful. (Note: Specify “Organ Fund”in the check memo field or on an envelope for cash donations. This is a separate contribution and is not included in your 2026 pledge.
Blessings
