A Special Utah Area Youth Broadcast
When: Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 5:50 p.m.
Where: Chapel, Northridge Stake Center
All youth (ages 11–18), their parents, bishoprics, and YM/YW ward and stake leaders, advisors, and specialists are invited to a special live broadcast featuring Utah Area President Elder Kevin W. Pearson, Young Women General President Emily Belle Freeman, and Young Men General President Steven J. Lund.
This event will build on Elder Uchtdorf’s January 5 broadcast. The purpose of the meeting will be to:
1. Create a new vision for how we, as leaders and parents, can more intentionally help youth “Look unto Christ” and increase their faith and desire to Believe, Belong and Become true disciples;
2. Clarify and demonstrate expanded roles and responsibilities of leaders, youth and parents; and
3. Reinforce the principles of For the Strength of Youth and the importance of choosing higher standards, “to live in a higher and holier way”—the Savior’s way.
Please arrive early for an opening song and prayer at 5:50 p.m. The live broadcast will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
