On the last day, that great day of the feast, Yeshua stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this he spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Yeshua was not yet glorified. The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John bore witness of him and cried out, saying, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for he was before me.’ ” And of his fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. Shabbat Shalom

Have mercy upon me, O Elohim, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin... Create in me a clean heart, O Elohim, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Shabbat Shalom

Take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. Shabbat Shalom

The renewed moon was sighted today (OCT 4) in Israel by at least two witnesses, without the use of visual aids like binoculars and cameras. This means the 1st day of the 7th month will begin today at sunset. Therefore, "New Moon Day" and Yom Teruah on the Astronomically and Agriculturally Corrected Biblical Hebrew Calendar, which is "tishri" on the Jewish (calculated, rabbinic, Hillel II) calendar, will be from sunset OCT 4 to sunset OCT 5. Praise YeHoVaH, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, make mention that His name is exalted. Sing to YeHoVaH, for He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth. Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst! Shabbat Shalom

O YeHoVaH, I will praise You; Though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me. Behold, El is my yeshuah, I will trust and not be afraid; For YaH, YeHoVaH, is my strength and song; He also has become my yeshuah. Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of yeshuah. Shabbat Shalom

Now therefore, fear YeHoVaH, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve YeHoVaH! And if it seems evil to you to serve YeHoVaH, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve YeHoVaH. Shabbat Shalom

For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour and sixth hour and ninth hour and eleventh hour and did likewise.

So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’ And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius. And when they had received it, they complained against the landowner.

But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” Shabbat Shalom
