Helping Everyone Avoid Loneliness - HEAL H.E.A.L is a support group that originated at Claflin University for college students who lose loved ones while they are in school. H.E.A.L.

is a support group for college students who lost a loved one during the school year. Being a student during a grieving period is one of the toughest positions to be in as a college student. Losing my aunt one week prior the start of the academic year caused many emotional breakdowns. During this time of weakness, students are expected to still perform well academically. This organization is a way

for college students to express themselves and to know that many other students are facing the same situations.
