Day 3 of VBS was fantastic! The children are continuing to learn that a relationship with Jesus helps us shine His light in the world. We’re so grateful for all God is doing this week and are looking forward to the rest of VBS!

What an incredible day filled with worship, Bible lessons, music, crafts, games, laughter, and growing in God’s love. We are so thankful for all of our children, volunteers, and families who made today such a blessing.

As we continue our VBS journey, we’re excited to see how God is working in the hearts of everyone involved. Thank you to everyone who helped make Day 2 memorable!

We can’t wait to see what God has in store for Day 3! 💙

What a wonderful morning of service at the Family Life Center! The Men of the Church came together to work, serve, and fellowship, accomplishing much while having fun along the way. Thank you to all who participated and demonstrated the spirit of servant leadership. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

The flock is on the move. Can you spot this singing flock of flamingos before they take flight?

The Children's Ministry flocks of flamingos have moved on from the church. Can you find all four flocks around town? Here are some hints...one flock might catch you on a playground, another might catch a fish in the neighborhood pond. Another flock might swing a club for a round of golf, and another might enjoy an orange on a quiet loop off the bank. Post your photos below when you locate them, but you'd better hurry, they'll be on the move in no time! Happy flamingo searching!

Today we proudly celebrate an incredible accomplishment — ALL 10 of our graduates were awarded scholarships through the Adelle Richardson Scholarship, the James H. Gressette Jr. Scholarship, and the First Baptist Church of Orangeburg Student Ministry Scholarship!

Join us this Sunday at First Baptist Church of Orangeburg as we celebrate our graduates! Our middle and high school students will be leading the morning service as we recognize this special milestone in the lives of our graduates.

On the 75th National Day of Prayer, First Baptist Church of Orangeburg participated with other churches in our community alongside Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell and the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office, praying for the media.
