The Parlor (at 31 North Main St on Orange, MA) is open today, 1-6, and tomorrow 1-4. It’s a beautiful day that many people have off….so, in case you get tired of all that sunshine and BBQ or whatever people do on this holiday….come see if we have anything you might want. It’s hunt and gather season. Plus, we just got this bike donated today, a State Bicycle Co fixie, which retails new for $450! It’s only $150 here, and that’s before you haggle with me! Come ride it away today :)

The Parlor is OPEN, with newly expanded hours and days: Mondays 1-6, and Tuesdays 1-4. We hope this will allow many of you who have found our limited hours an obstacle….especially the dance parents waiting for their younguns at TDS, our neighbor across the street. Plus, Ripley has made a fresh batch of gingerbread Liebkuchen, come try one for $1 each!

Announcing extended hours and an additional day starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept 29, from 1-4, with our own Sandra Fawn here to help you with purchases and donations. She will also be here Mondays from 4-6 after my time from 1-4….giving the dance moms from across the street at TDS and working folks in general a chance to check us out, if our limited hours have kept you away. The Parlor at 21 North Main in Orange will be open tomorrow on Monday from 1-4pm. Free donut to the first 12 customers! Clothing and shoes continue to be on sale for $2/item. This painting was donated today….some research reveals it’s from about 1910, framed by CH Demond in Greenfield and painted by F.S. Cartrell….the subject matter attracted a number of local artists of that period, and is of nearby “Factory Hollow” in Turner’s Falls. Oil on Canvas. $200. Come check it out!
