Been awhile since I posted in here but here is something on my mind
Today is November 27th the fourth Thursday of the month which means Thanksgiving to most everyone normal. But to the old ways it is the celebration of the fourth Harvest and the beginning of the dark time for my path as a Shaman. Which means reflection of what has been given to us from God,Goddess and Great Spirit whether is good bad or lessons that we have been given thru the year.But for everyone else this day enjoy everything you get to do today give lots of thanks for everything you do and have today.Today most will have company and family gathering around the table and more but for some of us there is only ourselves or spouses to enjoy the day with SO ENJOY IT WHILE YOU HAVE BECAUSE NOTHING IS PROMISED AFTER TODAY. LOVE LIGHT AND BLESSINGS TO EVERYONE TODAY....SAFE TRAVELS TO WHERE EVER YOU MAY BE HEADING TO

Breathing....something so simple sounding to most everyone but it really isn't when you trying to think about doing it.
there is many ways to breath..normal,fast,slow and assisted breathing.
Normal breathing is automatic to most everyone without thinking because it is part of us.
Fast breathing is needed to replace oxygen quickly to cleanse pr replace what has been used but doing it to quickly will make you hyper ventilate and pass out but understand and feel when to stop
Slow breathing is for calming and focusing to understand something or you slow down for a few minutes or seconds but this one is harder because you have to think about doing it
Assisted breathing is something like using a bag to slow to intake down or a machine when you get hurt to help you get oxygen into your system but that is helped by other people or things
SO ION CONCLUSION BREATHING IS VITAL TO US ALL BUT IT IS NOT EASY TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT

SEEING sounds simple at first thought..BUT when you have to really get down to it is not that simple.
Normal seeing for most people is automatic without thinking of what is going on. But with people that follow our paths of belief it is totally different thing.We have our normal everyday sight but when we start to delve deeper in what we do...our empathic sight where we see others hurting emotionally
Then there is our spiritual world sight that helps ourselves or others to help lead the way for enlightenment of knowledge or passing over to the other side to move on.
Then there is the physical healing sight where we can see the auras of the body and soul to see the point where is injury or hurt is at,Being able to see where and what is able to help the healing process
Then there is the sight tn KNOW WHEN NOT TO HELP IF THE PERSON DOESN'T WANT THE HELP TO HEAL THEMSELVES
SO SEEING IS NOT A SIMPLE THING TO DO EVER BECAUSE OUR SIGHT IS ALSO GOING AND EVOLVING

HELLO to all that still are around since the big shakeup.This is Clinton doing this post and will start doing more posts to start moving things again.
Starting out on ones PATH OR BELIEF....research everything you can find about what you are interested in on many platforms,books or asking people that might be in it.
FEEL WITH YOUR HEART AND SOUL not what you told or find on the web or books...DON'T THINK...FEEL IF IT IS RIGHT YOU WILL KNOW DEEP DOWN IT IS RIGHT

THINGS TO PONDER
Life throws everything at you to make... you think is this all there is?
NO.. it is not all there is..we keep going in our paths(whatever they may be) and we keep going for the ones we love.
NO.. there is a reason why you,me and others are here to help in our fashion as it is needed as we journey thru this plane and time.
YES...we are here for a limited time on this plane of existance BUT we have a higher calling that we know nothing about at this time
Yes...we meet people whether they are family or friend or just someone we meet in passing AS IT IS NEEDED whether for us or them to pass something on to each other.
MAYBE...we all in this world have diiferent beliefs religions or spirituality.We all need to open our heart,soul and minds to let us all be as one with whatever we have right now
So that being said Blessings to ALL AND MUCH LOVE TO EVERYONE

I have something on my mind....why can people see past the old times and clicks that was going on when they have in early life,political view or belief views /If they did then you would see people that wants to be friends or talk of things in general. I have opened up and came out on my path of belief and view points on many things no matter what.Things happen but we are all only here for a limited time in this lifetime...so break out of all the clicks and talk to family,friends and classmates no matter what you think BECAUSE IT MIGHT JUST BE NEEDED TO DO

TODAY IS THE SPRING EQUINOX and Blessed Ostara/Estora in the old ways
It is when Day and Night are equal in length which is the Balance of Natural energies in the Cosmos
It is the beginnng of the new year for growing things in nature,yourself and helping in many ways...Think of what blessings you want to grow in this new year on the old calander way back before things were restructured to suit thier controlling of people
The egg is one of the symbols of new birth being incubated for new growth of things to come
The Rabbit is another for bringing in newborn animals,people and other species that are on Mother Earth
The bright colors pink,yellow and green are part of growth and enlightment of things to come
So on this DAY think and offer prayers/energies for what you are hoping to develop for the coming year and release it to the Cosmos and hopefully it will find it way to you as you need the blessings

SOMETHING ON MY MIND TO LET PEOPLE UNDERSTAND ME.....IF THEY ARE WILLING TO OPEN THEIR MINDS AND HEARTS....I am a healer in other forms of helping others that are not modern day medicines as we know it today.Back in the days before medicines became CONTROL BY MAN AND BIG PHARMA AND GOVERNMENT BACK IN 1930s....HEALERS used energies of themselves and others to help Healers used herbs laying of hands to take pain or help mend wounds of physical and emotional Healers used ancestor spirits or guides to help guide healing as what was needed and many other things to HELP HEAL AS IT IS NEEDED....SOME think the BIBLE SAYS THINGS that Jesus healed in ways and i don't doubt that you all believe that which is up to your heart and mind...but if you research the bible and other religions and their books of faith WHICH I HAVE MANY TIMES....they are stories told by men passed down by word of mouth and some texts BUT THEY DON'T CONTAIN ALL THAT INFORMATION...THE BIBLE ONLY TALKS OF MAN BUT THERE IS ANOTHER SIDE IT CONTAINS NOTHING OF THE FEMALE DISCIPLES OR WIVES OF ALL THE MEN BACK THEN,,,,,SO YES i AM A HEALER OF MY PATH
LOVE,PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS TO ALL THAT READ THIS BECAUSE LOVE,FRIENDS AND FAMILY IS WHAT COUNTS THE MOST

BACK TO BASICS #3
SEEING:
It is more than looking with your eye sight.That is only part of it what you can see in the world right now in front of you.THERE IS MORE THAN JUST THAT..there is what is called the third eye that sees in the other dimensions or realms.It is all about opening yourself that has been closed off because of society programming.IT is HARD at first because you have no IDEA how to open it sometimes it takes someone who knows how to BUT it can be opened by yourself.USE your eyes to focus on something that is close with your eyes and look pass that thing you looked at with your eyes closed .
But the other way is not even looking with your eyes and open your senses up at feeling what is out there near you.And once you have sort of got that one down for the near it is time to go to the FAR...WHICH IS REALLY CRAZY because that is when you start to see everything and nothing at all at the same time few master this but it is possible with many tries.DON'T GET DISCOURAGED IF IT DOESN'T HAPPEN RIGHT AWAY KEEP TRYING...ANYTHING WORTH HAVE IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR

BACK TO BASICS
LISTEN
It is a very simple word and a simple explanation in the dictionary....BUT DOES ANYONE REALLY TRULY LISTEN. There is actually are ART TO TRULY LISTEN...but most have it socially taught out of them as they grow up. Go back and remember when you were a child of about 7yrs old you heard everything with open ears,You could hear so many things at once and then nothing at all at the same time. It is possible to get back there but it is VERY DIFFICULT
I relearn how to LISTEN again as I walked my path as A Shaman..Take the Time to slow down even if it is for a minute or two.Pick something you start with just a sound and block it out once you get that master then start to expand block out all man made sounds.YES YOU WILL FAIL MANY TIMES before you get it down but once you are able to do that THEN THE REAL LISTENING STARTS..HEAR YOUR HEART BEAT THEN YOUR BREATHING.ONCE you get that done start to expand that Listening to encompass more a little at a time...WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO LISTEN..THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LISTEN AMAZINGLY TO MORE THEN YOU EXPECT TO. Then you got to learn to listen to it all at once and nothing all at the same time
Mother Earth talks to us thru the birds,wind,water plants and all animals We are always LISTENING even when we are asleep.SLOW DOWN IN THIS FAST PACE WORLD TO BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO YOURSELF AND EVERYTHING

Listen
It is not a easy and cut&dry lesson as many think it is because most truly have no clue how too....
But here goes there are so many diiferent ways to LISTEN!!!
FIRST....it is to slow down until you are at a point to be able to understand true meaning of words being spoken is WHAT MOST PEOPLE ARE BELIEVED WHAT IT IS THE LISTEN.
SECOND...it is to feel what your HEART is SAYING about a person,a place or a THING whether it grabs your attention in your center of heart.
THIRD...it is to LISTEN to what you SOUL stirs to your being and ancestors that are part of you are saying innthe DEEPEST PART of you.
FOURTH...it is KNOWLEDGE TO LISTEN of the COSMOS is trying to in part you with that you already have inside you part have no clue to understand until you LISTEN!!
FIFTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART....STOP TO LISTEN TO EVERYTHINGS AND NOTHING AT ALL AT THE SAME TIME......THAT IS WHEN YOU TRULY ARE ABLE TO TRULY LISTEN TO EVERYTHING YOU REALLY NEED
