This month's Stewardship Reflection comes from Rev. Sandra Moon, Vice President of Church Finances & Property and Adaptive Initiatives at the Presbyterian Foundation. She reflects on the modern loneliness crisis and the gap between people’s desire for community and their willingness to invest in it. She highlights the unique role churches can play in cultivating belonging, care, and purpose in a world longing for connection.

The Confession of 1967, found in our Book of Confessions, tells us about worship, “Adoration of God is acknowledgment of the Creator by the creation.” Worship is an opportunity for us to acknowledge God for who he is and what he has done.
This coming Sunday, June 14 we will consider Psalm 100, a hymn of enthronement; it gives us four imperatives that can guide us in the journey of worship.

Also, join us after the service this Sunday for a Congregational Meal, hosted by the Property and Grounds Committee. We will have BBQ from The Hut. Please bring sides and desserts to share.

Join us IN PERSON or ONLINE! We’ll go live on our page around 10:15 AM for the sermon. Before the service, feel free to attend Sunday School at 9:00 AM in the Committee Room. If you can’t make it in person, you can catch up on recent sermons and enjoy our worship music on our website or via The Church App available for both Apple and Google.
