Big news from our organization!

Orange International Street Fair, Inc. is now Orange Plaza Traditions, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

This transition allows us to better serve and support all three of our signature community events:
Orange International Street Fair
Treats in the Streets
Christmas Market & Tree Lighting

We are also now accepting sponsors for all three events. Sponsorship is a great way to support these beloved community traditions while gaining visibility across multiple events in the heart of Old Towne Orange.

🎄✨ Tonight’s Tree Lighting Ceremony – Program Highlights! ✨🎄

We’re excited to share this evening’s beautiful program as we gather to celebrate the season and officially light the City of Orange Christmas Tree!

Our night begins with a stunning musical prelude, “A Christmas Festival,” performed by the Candlelight Orchestra, followed by a choir procession and a warm welcome from Ric Olsen of LOVE Orange. We’re honored to have Miss Orange 2025, Kylie Seppala, lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance, with remarks from Mayor Dan Slater.

The ceremony continues with the Lighting of the Tree, led by Aaron Jacoby, and a special presentation honoring the City of Orange Citizen of the Year 2025. Our guest narrator, Vikki Murphy, will share “O Christmas Tree” to help mark this festive moment.

Tonight’s musical program features cherished holiday pieces such as “Candlelight Carol,” “We Three Kings,” “Joy to the World,” and the iconic “Hallelujah Chorus.” A special solo of “What Child Is This” will be performed by Harmony Purcell.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsor for helping make tonight’s program possible. Your support brings our community together in the spirit of joy, tradition, and celebration.
