[30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: [31] but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

When the pulpit is used to preach about you and others anything is capable of coming out of your mouth because the tongue is unruly and full of deadly poison (James 3:8). But when you preach JESUS ONLY blessing and cursing can’t come out of the same mouth (James 3:10).
