Getting things prepped for Children’s Church this morning.
Jesus teaches us great things and this morning we are going to dive a little deeper in His word about being a light in the world for all to see so that the world will know God and praise Him.
Stay tuned for the fun crafting we have planned to keep it fun in our church classroom for these little lights this morning… 👀🔦💡🌞🕯️🔆✨

We’ve been learning about Moses over the last several weeks in Children’s Church and FINALLY got to do a little craft that they have been waiting patiently to get to do… ☺️MOSES LEADING THE ISRAELITES THROUGH THE PARTED SEA. 🌊

We enjoyed some Bible Bingo with Valentines Day candy hearts for markers to eat later.
We learned about love and what the Bible says about how important it is and how we should love and we made some cute little valentines hearts with rolled up “scrolls” with scripture about love that the kids were super excited to hand out to the congregation. ♥️
The favorite scripture for today for the kids was 1 Corinthians 16:14…Let all that you do be done in love. 🙌

Finishing up our Lord’s Prayer series in Children’s Church with a scrapbook page for our books…
January starts our journey into Moses and how God used him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt.

Today in Children’s Church we learned about the birth of Jesus and how we celebrate his birthday for Christmas.
We learned that the Wisemen brought gifts to baby Jesus and his family much like how Santa brings all the kids gifts on Christmas night.
And then we made our little family Christmas window scenes to put out for Christmas.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!

Another coat of paint on our prayer boxes and a word scramble.
Still working on the Lord’s Prayer.

Finally the day has come that sweet little Fabien has been waiting for….painting our prayer boxes!

Starting our journey through learning about prayer through scripture, learning the Lord’s Prayer and soon…the prayer boxes the kids have been waiting to do for the better part of a year.
Everytime they catch sight of these little boxes in the classroom they ask when we will be making them…soon kiddos, soon. 😁🙏
