"Before you ever change your habits, before you ever change your behavior, before you ever walk in victory, you have to change what you’re agreeing with..2 Corinthians 10:5 (NIV) says “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” That means I get to decide what stays and what goes. I get to decide what I meditate on.
I get to decide what I speak over myself and you do too! Because you cannot walk in victory while thinking in defeat. You cannot live free while thinking like a prisoner. You cannot step into your calling while agreeing with the lies of your past. Taking your thoughts captive is not just a discipline, it’s a weapon. And when you learn to use it, the enemy loses his grip on your life."

This past Sunday, Pastor James shared a powerful and deeply personal testimony, the story of the last time he ever took a drink of alcohol… over 32 years ago.

As he spoke, you could feel the room shift. His honesty, his vulnerability, and the grace of God woven through every detail reminded us that Jesus still breaks chains, still restores what was lost, and still writes new stories of freedom when we surrender the things that have taken control of our lives.
