🥜 Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Soft, chewy, and packed with rich peanut butter flavor—these easy bars are perfect when you’re craving cookies without all the scooping!

Ingredients:

* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* ¾ cup peanut butter
* ½ cup butter, softened
* ¾ cup brown sugar
* ¼ cup granulated sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ½ tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Press evenly into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. Let cool before slicing into bars. 🍪
