Our church provides a warm friendly atmosphere that cultivates spiritual growth and genuine Christian lifestyles. In addition, our daycare, God’s Glory Child Development Center, provides a safe, nurturing environment for children. Through the A Beka curriculum, along with interactive, hands-on approaches to learning, kids one to five years of age receive academic instruction, Christian morals, soc

ial skills and character development that lay the foundation for life-long learning. Childcare is available on Sunday during our morning worship service. ABOUT OUR PASTORS:
Pastor Jeff McCoy has a tenacious spirit for going after the broken-hearted, abused and seemingly forgotten. His simple approach to personal accountability around people reaching their greatest potential is best summarized in the ministry’s motto S.T.A.R.T. – Stop making excuses, Take inventory of your life, Act in faith, Refocus on the things of God and Trust God. As a result, Pastor McCoy’s leadership is transitioning a vibrant and growing community of believers from the religious acts of ‘church’ into an active relationship with Christ. First Lady Andrea McCoy serves as an encouragement to the GGM family in more capacities than mentionable. Her humble, yet confident spirit provides a place of refuge, refreshing and biblical revelation for the women of the ministry. The Montgomery native draws heavily from her work as a licensed cosmetologist as she shows women within the ministry that true beauty comes from within. She oversees the Women of Distinction Women’s Ministry, praise dancers, greeters and ushers of the ministry. Together, they are having a measurable impact on shaping the lives of women and men within the ministry into a reflection of God’s glory. Pastor and Lady McCoy have three children and one grandchild.

Today, God's Glory Ministries honors and remembers the life and legacy of Elder LaVonnette Liggett — a faithful supporter, devoted prayer warrior, and treasured friend of this ministry.

With sincere love and heartfelt sympathy, we extend our prayers and condolences to her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her. Elder Liggett was a true woman of faith whose presence, encouragement, and unwavering support left a lasting impact on our GGM family.

As a close friend to our First Lady, she consistently poured love, wisdom, and strength into those around her. She faithfully supported our Women of Distinction Women’s Conferences and played an important role in making those gatherings meaningful and memorable. For many years, she graciously served as the Mistress of Ceremony for our Pastoral Appreciation celebrations, carrying herself with elegance, excellence, and a spirit of honor.

Her prayers covered this ministry, her service strengthened our GGM family, and her kindness touched countless lives. Elder LaVonnette Liggett will be remembered for her faithfulness, her servant’s heart, and the love she showed to God’s people.

We thank God for the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind. Please continue to keep her family and loved ones in your prayers during this season of bereavement.

🎓 Senior Spotlight: Joshua Jeffery McCoy 🎓

God’s Glory Ministries proudly celebrates Joshua Jeffery McCoy, a distinguished member of the Class of 2026 at Evangel Christian Academy!

Joshua has been accepted into several outstanding universities, including the University of Montevallo, University of Mobile, Troy University, Jackson State University, Alabama State University, the University of Alabama, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Joshua plans to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he will major in Music Therapy. We are excited to see how God will continue to use his gift, passion, and dedication to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Joshua, your church family is incredibly proud of your accomplishments and the bright future ahead of you. Continue to walk in faith, pursue excellence, and allow God to guide every step of your journey.
