You’re Invited to Worship With Us! ✨

This Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship, Pastor Dr. Lea Saxton brings a timely message:

“IT’S TIME TO MOVE”
Faith: Believing Today, Walking in Tomorrow

📖 Matthew 6:9–10

We often pray, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done.”

But what happens when God’s answer requires us to move?

Faith isn't just believing God for tomorrow.
It’s trusting Him enough to take the next step today.

🔥 Are you waiting for God—or has God been waiting for you?

What has God already told you to do?
What is fear keeping you from moving toward?
And what could happen if you finally said, “Yes, Lord”?

Join us as we discover why faith must eventually move—from hearing, to believing, to obeying.

FAITH OVER FEAR.

Strength for today. Hope for tomorrow. Trust in God’s plan.

🌱 It’s time to move.

Come hear the message.
Come receive the Word.
Come discover your next step.

✨ You’re Invited to Worship With Us! ✨

Join us this Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for a powerful message that challenges us not only to pray for God’s will—but to be willing to move when God says move.

📖 Message:

“IT’S TIME TO MOVE”

Main Scripture: Matthew 6:9–10

🎤 Spoken by Pastor Dr. Lea Saxton

Jesus taught His disciples to pray, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” But God’s Kingdom was never meant to remain something we only pray about—it is something we are called to participate in.

There comes a time when prayer must lead to action.

A time when faith must move beyond the walls of the church.

A time when we stop waiting for someone else to go, speak, serve, love, help, and share—and realize that God has called us.

Jesus said, “Go.” He told His disciples to make disciples of all nations. He promised them power to become His witnesses. He called His people the salt of the earth and the light of the world. And the Gospel is still the power of God unto salvation.

🔥 This message will challenge us to consider:

• Are we only praying for God’s Kingdom to come, or are we helping carry His Kingdom into the world?

• Why Jesus gave the Church a command to GO

• What it means to be witnesses for Christ wherever God has placed us

• Why we cannot hide the light God has placed within us

• How love allows the world to recognize that we belong to Jesus

• Why the Gospel must be shared—and why someone may be waiting for you to tell them

• Moving beyond simply hearing the call to actually answering it

📖 Main Scripture:

Matthew 6:9–10

📖 Key Scriptures:

Matthew 28:18–20 • Acts 1:8 • Matthew 5:13–16 • Romans 1:16
Luke 4:18–19 • John 13:34–35 • Romans 10:13–15 • Romans 10:14

The question is no longer only, “Lord, what do You want me to do?”

Sometimes God has already answered.

It’s time to move.

🔥 YOU’RE INVITED TO WORSHIP WITH US! 🔥

Join us today at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for an encouraging message for anyone who has ever asked:

“God, why am I going through this?”

📖 TODAY’S MESSAGE
“THROUGH THE FIRE”

Isaiah 43:1–2

🎤 Today’s Message by Pastor Dr. Waneko Saxton

God never promised that being saved would exempt us from trouble, opposition, or difficult seasons.

Isaiah 43:2 doesn't say IF you walk through the fire. God says:

“WHEN you walk THROUGH the fire…”

That word THROUGH matters. It means the fire is not your final destination. You may be in it, but you're not staying in it.

And notice—God doesn't say run through the fire. He says walk.

Sometimes the process lasts longer than we anticipated. Like physical therapy after an injury, before you can run, you may have to learn how to walk again. Spiritually, God uses difficult seasons to teach us how to walk by faith and not by sight.

And while we're walking, God gives us a promise:

“When thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” — Isaiah 43:2

🔥 IN TODAY’S MESSAGE WE’LL LEARN:
• Why salvation doesn't exempt us from opposition
• Why God said “through” the fire
• Why He said “walk” instead of run
• What the three Hebrew boys teach us about trusting God in the fire
• How the fire can burn what has us bound without destroying us
• How God restores what was lost and gives beauty for ashes

Join us this Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for an encouraging message that reminds us real spiritual growth doesn't happen by simply hearing God's Word—it happens when we live it.

📖 Message
"Your Practice With God Will Make Progress"

James 1:19–25

🎤 Today's Message by Pastor Dr. Lea Saxton

Have you ever wondered why you keep praying about the same thing, struggling with the same habit, or facing the same challenge?

Sometimes the answer isn't that God hasn't spoken—it's that He's waiting for us to put into practice what He has already said.

In James 1, we're reminded to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. More importantly, James tells us not to be hearers of God's Word only, but doers. God's Word changes our lives when it moves from our ears to our hearts and into our everyday actions.

Growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens one act of obedience at a time.

If you've been asking God for progress in your faith, your family, your relationships, or your purpose, this message will encourage you to keep practicing what God has taught you. As we continue to walk in obedience, God continues His work in us.

🔥 In This Message We'll Learn:

• Why listening is the first step toward spiritual maturity

• What it means to be "quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry"

• The difference between hearing God's Word and living God's Word

• How God's Word serves as a mirror for our lives

• Why obedience brings lasting spiritual growth

• How daily faithfulness leads to lasting progress

📖 Scripture

James 1:19–25

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." — James 1:22

✨ You're Invited to Worship With Us! ✨

Join us this Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for a timely message that reminds us how to follow God's leading when we've never walked this road before.

📖 Message
"Following Too Closely"
Joshua 3:1–5

🎤 Spoken by Pastor Dr. Waneko Saxton

Have you ever found yourself trying to rush God's timing, force an answer, or move ahead before He has given direction?

In Joshua 3, the Lord instructed the Israelites to keep a distance between themselves and the Ark of the Covenant because they had "never passed this way before." God wasn't creating separation—He was creating visibility. He wanted His people to clearly see where He was leading before they took their next step.

Sometimes our greatest act of faith isn't moving faster—it's trusting God's pace.

Whether you're standing before an unexpected challenge, facing uncertainty, making a major decision, or simply waiting on the Lord, this message will encourage you to leave enough room for God to lead.

🔥 During this message, we will discover:

• Why God instructed Israel not to follow too closely
• What the Ark of the Covenant teaches us about following God's presence
• How waiting prepares us for God's promises
• Why trusting God's pace is better than rushing our own plans
• How life's floods reveal the condition of our hearts
• Why someone is always watching our example of faith

📖 Key Scripture

Joshua 3:1–5

"...that you may know the way by which you must go, for you have not passed this way before." — Joshua 3:4

📖 Supporting Scriptures

• Isaiah 43:2
• Isaiah 55:8–9
• Psalm 139:23–24

🙏 You're Invited to Worship With Us! ✨

Join us this Sunday at Rooted & Rising Fellowship for a message that reminds us where our help is found and what God tells us to do when life becomes heavy.

📖 Message
"Bringing Your Petition Before God!"

(Philippians 4:6–7)

🎤 Spoken by Pastor Dr. Lea Saxton

Do you have something on your heart that you've been carrying by yourself? A prayer you've prayed for a long time? A situation that keeps you awake at night?

God does not tell us to carry those things alone.

In Philippians 4:6–7, Paul tells believers to bring everything to God in prayer—with thankful hearts. When we place our requests in His hands, God gives a peace that cannot be explained by our circumstances.

Throughout Scripture, we see people bringing their deepest needs before the Lord. Hannah poured out her heart. David sought God first each morning. The persistent widow refused to stop praying. Their stories remind us that God listens, God cares, and God responds in His perfect way and in His perfect time.

Whatever you are facing today, you can come before God knowing that His throne is always open to His children.

🔥 During this message we will discuss:

• What it means to bring your requests before God

• Why worry should never replace prayer

• What we can learn from Hannah, David, and the persistent widow

• How thanksgiving changes the way we pray

• What it means to come boldly before God's throne

• The peace God gives when we leave our burdens with Him

📖 Key Scriptures

Philippians 4:6–7

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

Supporting Scriptures

• Psalm 5:3

• 1 Samuel 1:10–18

• Luke 18:1–8

• 1 John 5:14–15

📖 Message:
"Leaving God's Path"
(Proverbs 3:5–6 & Jeremiah 29:11)

🎤 Spoken by Pastor Dr. Lea Saxton

Have you ever found yourself relying on your own understanding, making decisions without seeking God's direction, or drifting away from His perfect plan?

The truth is that every detour has consequences—but God's grace always provides a way back. No matter how far you've wandered, the Lord lovingly invites you to trust Him again, surrender your plans, and walk confidently in the purpose He has prepared for your life.

Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us to trust the Lord with all our hearts instead of depending on our own understanding, while Jeremiah 29:11 assures us that God's plans are filled with hope, purpose, and a future.

No matter where you've been or the path you've chosen, God is still calling you back to His direction—a path that leads to peace, blessing, and abundant life.

🔥 This life-changing message will explore:
• The subtle dangers of leaving God's path
• Why trusting your own understanding can lead to spiritual detours
• How God's direction always leads to peace, purpose, and blessing
• Recognizing when you've drifted from God's will
• The hope and restoration found in returning to God's path
• Walking confidently in God's plan for your future

📖 Key Scriptures:
Proverbs 3:5–6
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

📖 Message:
"What Are You Looking At?"
(Psalm 121:1–8)

🎤 Spoken by Pastor Dr. Waneko Saxton

Every day our eyes are fixed on something. We look at our circumstances, our finances, our fears, our phones, social media, and the opinions of others. Yet God invites us to lift our eyes beyond what we see and place our focus on the One who never fails.

Psalm 121 reminds us that our help is not found in the hills—but in the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. The hills simply point us to the God who is greater than every mountain we face.

No matter what obstacle stands before you, God is your Protector, your Keeper, and your ever-present Help. He neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He is faithfully watching over His children.

🔥 This life-changing message will explore:
• What has your attention has the potential to shape your faith
• Why God repeatedly calls His people to "look"
• Looking beyond the mountains to the God who created them
• How misplaced focus produces fear, but God-centered focus produces peace
• The Lord as our Keeper, Protector, and ever-present Help
• Learning to trust God above every circumstance
