How honest have you been with yourself?

Do you realize that we all believe lies about ourselves. Most of the time it easier to understand the behaviors and feelings but can never reach the root of one of these lies:

I am worthless.
I am unlovable.
I am helpless.

Most will ignore this because acknowledging the truth is just too painful. Avoidance of the pain allows the lie to take root even deeper causing you to be pulled from your gifts and talents that God has given you.

When we are willing to face the pain we experience freedom and no longer give the enemy a blueprint for battle. This is where we can begin to heal.
