Neutrality… Not For Me
In a world that praises “stay out of it,” Jesus makes it clear: there is no middle ground (Matthew 12:30). Neutrality isn’t safe, it’s a slow drift away from God.
Drift happens quietly:
• Skip the Word → truth blurs
• Neglect prayer → strength fades
• Stay silent → faith blends in
We are in a spiritual battle and there’s no opting out. Passivity leads to compromise, and compromise leads back to the old life Christ has redeemed us from.
So, we are called to choose boldly:
• Seek God daily in His Word (Hebrews 2:1)
• Pray daily for strength (Ephesians 6:12)
• Live openly for Christ (Matthew 5:14-16)
Neutrality isn’t harmless, it’s surrender.
I’m choosing a side.
Neutrality… Not For Me.

The world is loud right now—conflict, chaos, and endless noise. But too much of it pulls us away from truth. Honestly, I think that’s the whole point.

Even the church can drift—reshaping God to fit comfort, culture, or agenda instead of standing on who Jesus truly is.

But Jesus made it clear:
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life—not one option among many, but the only path.

So, the question isn’t what culture says, what society says…
It’s the same question Jesus asked His disciples:

“Who do YOU say I am?”

Your answer defines everything—your foundation, your direction, your eternity.

No substitutes. No alternatives.
Only Jesus.

We were in Isaiah 53: 1-6 this morning! Our faith can’t be skin deep! Our life needs to be transformed internally. Walking the walk and talking the talk isn’t enough. We need a spiritual transformation that reflects our outside appearance. As believers we need to continually renew our minds with the truth of God. Led by the spirit of God. It provides a compus to our destination.

As Christians we signed up to run the race of our salvation! We cannot stop! We must keep the faith and end strong!

Do we have the eyes to see the blessings in our lives?

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
“Be joyful always; pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Ephesians 5:20
giving thanks always for all things to God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

James 1:16-17 Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers. Every God and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Have you made a list of all the goodness of God. Being thankful changes our hearts. If we are thankful through Christ the less power the cares of this world has over us!!!

Take time to make a list of all things Good has done for us❤️

Luke 9:23-25
“If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross DAILY and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it.”

“What good is it for man to gain the whole world, and yet lose it forfeit his very self?”

Draw closer to the Lord and let go of what hinders us. Nothing this world provides is satisfying but being close to Christ will bring us peace, joy and hope!

Make the choice today to be joyful, always praying and giving thanks. This is God’s will for us!

How many times have we read this verse?

Are we doing it or succumbing to the cares of this world! It’s an action for us to do what God asks us to do! It’s not always easy. But don’t you think our Father knows what’s best for us? Thank you Lord for your guidance!

“Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: “The son of man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified AND ON THE THIRD DAY BE RAISED AGAIN.”

Hallelujah! Sunday is here and the tomb is empty.

Christians have a beautiful day celebrating Jesus. He is worthy of all our praise.
