Today we're in part 9 of our Kingdom Stories series. Today's message is the Parable of the Sheep and the Goats found in Matthew 25:31-46. In this message, we'll see there are only two kinds of people and we all fall into one group or the other and both have a very important final destination. Today, we will also share communion and after the service we will have cake and a little time to say goodbye to Javan as he leaves for bootcamp tomorrow!

Tomorrow we continue our Kingdom Stories series as we look at the Parable of the Unmerciful Servant in Matthew 18:21-35. Jesus gave us an incredible picture of just how much God forgives us and why we must forgive others.

Today is a special day as we lift up our students, staff, and parents. Some have started school already, and many go back tomorrow. We pray this will be a great year of learning and becoming more like Jesus.

We're also continuing our series on the Parables of Jesus.

We've had a great time with our "Being Royal" VBS as we've learned a lot from Queen Esther. Today, our whole church gets a taste of VBS as we sing some great songs, learn a couple more amazing lessons, and enjoy a great meal together after. Our service is at 10:30 am and our potluck lunch will follow. All are welcome to join us!

Our VBS is right around the corner. The dates are August 13-16.
-- Thursday (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
-- Friday (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
-- Saturday (10:00 am - 12:00 pm)
-- Sunday (10:30 am - 12:00 pm) with a potluck lunch to follow.

Our theme is Being Royal: In Such A Time As This where the kids will learn that God is near even when He seems far away and that God places each of us with purpose and power for His perfect plan.

Join us for upbeat music & videos, engaging projects, fun games, and tasty snacks. It will be a great time!!!

Our VBS is for pre-K through 5th grade (finished last school year).

Tomorrow we continue our Kingdom Stories series as we look at the Parable of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15. We'll see that the kingdom has mercy for repentant sinners and the Father welcomes them home.

Tomorrow is also a special day as we celebrate some young guys making their profession of faith by getting baptized.

This morning, God is blessing us with rain and, at the moment, cooler temperatures. We'll be in part 2 of our series Kingdom stories as we look at the Parable of the Sower in Matthew 13. We'll see how God's Word is received according to the condition of people's hearts. Some are receptive, while some are not.

Today we give God praise for the great country He has given to us and for all the freedoms we enjoy. We would not have them without the sacrifice of the many who have gone before us. May we never take those freedoms for granted. Happy 250th Anniversary USA!!!

Today, we are starting a new series called "Kingdom Stories." In this series, we'll look at some of Jesus' parables to discover why He told stories the way He did and what the Kingdom of Heaven is all about. Today, we'll be in Matthew 13 as we look at the Parables of the Mustard See and the Yeast. Today is a great day to study God's Word together and discover how God wants us to be part of His kingdom work!

Today we're honoring our Heavenly Father and celebrating the fathers He has blessed us with. Today's message is called "The Workshop of Discipleship" and we'll see the parallels of fatherhood, discipleship, and woodworking.
