There's time for you to come, won't you.. Little Bethlehem tonight!

"And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Beth-lehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn."

Come this morning.. there is a gift brought to us this season. Won't you reach out and accept it!

"Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water." John 4:10

Our prayer is that no matter your circumstance you will find reason to lift your heart in a song of praise unto Christ our Savior. Oh that you would know His love!

Let us come this morning hearts hoping to hear the Lord's word. That is, let our desire be to self examine, to apply God's word to our *own* heart. In the end each will give an account of himself and not of the other. Let this morning's words sink into our own heart, and if we must think of another, let those thoughts be of how we might remove those things from our own heart that might cause another to fall.

Romans 14:10-13

10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. 12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. 13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

It's an hour before noon, but that's not too early to start thinking about tonight. It's not too early to begin quietly asking the Lord to prepare your heart and those of others. It's not too early to keep a prayer under your breath to meet with Him tonight, to get right with Him, right here at our church home with our church family.

Won't you come. Won't you look forward to it. Won't you be ready in every way. He wants with all that He is to love you, won't you yield to Him.

2 Chronicles 30:8

“Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you.”

Won't you come? Weary, tired, broken, looking.. He has a word for your soul.

Psalm 27:11–14

11 Teach me thy way, O Lord,

And lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies:

For false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

13 I had fainted, unless I had believed

To see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

14 Wait on the Lord:

Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart:

Wait, I say, on the Lord.

Maybe we never think of it this way, but you showing up with an open heart today could change *someone else’s* life.. as well as your own. God works through willing hearts.

There's still time, won't you come!

Hebrews 10:24–25

“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…”

Ephesians 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
