AMAZED BY YOU! We are living in a very special place and time in our Catholic Faith. It is a time and place that more than ever we need a greater and deeper understanding of Jesus' presence in the Eucharist. Archbishop Naumann and the Bishops of the United States are calling for a 3-year grassroots revival of belief and devotion to the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. A Regional grand kickoff to this Revival of Eucharistic Amazement will be held on Sunday, August 21st from 5:00-8:00 PM with a Regional Eucharistic Procession from Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Seneca to the Seneca City Park led by Archbishop Naumann and our regional priests. There will be music and reflection by Cooper Ray (Kelly Youth Rally's keynote speaker this year), along with gospel reading, adoration, and benediction. No RSVP is required. Bring your lawn chairs to the park before heading to the church for the procession. If you are unable to walk the distance from the church to the park, please go directly to the park at 5:00 and wait for everyone to arrive. Bottled water and refreshments will be provided. All parishes in the region are encouraged to attend and families with children and grandchildren are especially encouraged to participate. This will be a celebration of the Holy Eucharist like nothing we have experienced in our region before. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.
