COMES NOW, Robert W. Sealby, Prosecuting Attorney for the County of Chelan, State of
Washington, and by this information, accuses Isaac David Heckman of the crime(s) of ASSAULT
IN THE SECOND DEGREE – DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (3 counts), CYBERSTALKING - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, VIOLATION OF A COURT ORDER – DOMESTIC VIOLENCE,
TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS – DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and DISCLOSING INTIMATE
IMAGES - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE committed as follows, to-wit:
Count | Assault In The Second Degree - Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
January 1, 2021 and January 31, 2021, did unlawfully and feloniously assault Maria Angela
Brunetto with a deadly weapon, to-wit: firearm and furthermore, the defendant did commit the
above crime against an intimate partner as defined by RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a crime of
domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to the form of the statute RCW
9A.36.021(1)(c), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this Class B felony crime is 10 years in prison and/or a
$20,000 fine.
Count II - Assault In The Second Degree - Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
January 1, 2021 and January 31, 2021, did assault another and thereby recklessly inflict
substantial bodily harm upon Maria Angela Brunetto and furthermore, the defendant did commit
the above crime against an intimate partner as defined by RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a crime
13 of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to RCW 9A.36.021(1)(a), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this Class B felony crime is 10 years in prison and/or a
$20,000 fine.
Count III - Assault In The Second Degree – Domestic Violence.
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or about
February 21, 2021, did assault Maria Angela Brunetto by strangulation and furthermore, the
defendant did commit the above crime against an intimate partner as defined by RCW
26.50.010(7), which is a crime of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to RCW 9A.36.021(1)(g), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this Class B felony crime is 10 years in prison and/or a
$20,000 fine.
AMENDED INFORMATION -
Count IV - Cyberstalking - Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
May 14, 2021 and February 22, 2022, with intent to harass, intimidate, or torment Maria Angela
Brunetto, did make an electronic communication to a third party, using lewd, lascivious, indecent,
or obscene words, images, or language, or suggesting the commission of a lewd or lascivious
act, and furthermore, the defendant did commit the above crime against an intimate partner as
defined by RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a crime of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to RCW 9.61.260(1), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this gross misdemeanor crime is 364 days in jail and/or a
|$5,000 fine.
Count V - Violation Of A Court Order - Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
May 14, 2021 and February 22, 2022, did knowingly and willfully violate the terms of a court order
issued on April 13, 2021 by the Chelan County Superior Court pursuant to RCW chapter 26.50,
for the protection of Maria Angela Brunetto, and furthermore, the defendant did commit the above
crime against an intimate partner as defined by RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a crime of domestic
violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to RCW 26.50.110(1), and against the peace
and the dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this gross misdemeanor crime is 364 days in jail and/or a
$5,000 fine.

Count VI - Tampering With A Witness – Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
May 14, 2021 and February 22, 2022, did attempt to induce a witness, or a person he had reason
to believe was about to be called as a witness in any official proceeding, or a person whom he
had reason to believe may have information relevant to a criminal investigation, to testify falsely,
or to absent himself or herself from such proceedings, or to withhold any testimony without right
or privilege to withhold that testimony, or to withhold from a law enforcement agency information
which he or she had relevant to a criminal investigation, and furthermore, the defendant did
commit the above crime against an intimate partner as defined by RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a
crime of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to RCW 9A.72.120, and | against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington.
That the maximum penalty for this Class C felony crime is 5 years in prison and/or a
14 | $10,000 fine.
Count VII - Disclosing Intimate Images – Domestic Violence
That the said ISAAC DAVID HECKMAN in the State of Washington, on or between
May 14, 2021 and February 22, 2022, did then and there knowingly disclose an intimate image
of another person, and the person disclosing the image obtained it under circumstances in which
a reasonable person would know or understand that the image was to remain private, known or
should have known that the depicted person had not consented to the disclosure, and known or reasonably should have known that the disclosure would cause harm to the depicted person, and furthermore, the defendant did commit the above crime against an intimate partner as defined by
RCW 26.50.010(7), which is a crime of domestic violence as defined in RCW 10.99.020; contrary to the form of the statute RCW 9A.86.010(7)(a), and against the peace and dignity of the State
