Letter from the Pastor

Dear Parishioners,
Congratulations on being part of St. The strength of any team is in its members. So too for a parish. Every parishioner is an important part of the parish team of St. John Vianney Parish. This annual directory gives a players list for our total parish team. It also lists the various positions (ministries, groups, and
organizations) that members can be inv

olved to help St. John Vianney Parish be a winning team as it seeks to proclaim* the Word of God, as it forms a Christian community*, as it gathers to worship* regularly, and as it provides various opportunities for service*. Whether you are an original member or have recently registered in the parish, thank you for your involvement and support of the parish life at St. As your pastor (and coach) I will continue to count on you to share the gifts of your time, talent, and treasure as expressions of your faith so that we can all be a part of the winning team of St. Vianney Parish. Thanks to the advertisers who made this parish directory possible. Consider calling on them to help meet your personal or business needs. Sincerely,

Today the Church celebrates the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Her nativity reminds us of God's loving plan of salvation and the hope that entered the world through her. May we follow Mary's example of faith and trust each day. Happy Birthday, Blessed Mother!

As we celebrate Labor Day, let us take a moment to recognize the dignity of every worker and the many ways their efforts help families, communities, and our church flourish. May we always value the work of every person, seek justice for all laborers, and give thanks for the opportunity to serve God through our daily work.

Trinity House Community is a group of families committed to making our homes “a taste of heaven.” Our Family of Parishes brings that mission to life right here in our community through gatherings, meaningful conversations, shared meals, and practical encouragement for living our Catholic faith more intentionally at home. We exist to support one another in marriage, parenting, hospitality, and building a strong domestic church — not perfectly, but faithfully.

At Mass this upcoming Sunday, the Gospel teaches that Jesus places a high priority on reconciling with someone who has sinned against you. Are there people in your life who easily forgive?
See you at Mass!

Trinity House is back this fall!

There is something powerful about families praying together, slowing down together, and making room for God in the middle of everyday life. That is the heart behind our Trinity House Community Gathering — creating space for faith, family, and fellowship to grow stronger together.

Join us on September 19th at 6:00 PM in the SJV Social Hall for an evening of dinner, encouragement, and community. Kids are welcome too, and we would love for your family to be part of it. 🏡✨
