St. Stanislaus Catholic Church St. Stanislaus Catholic Church was founded in 1919 by Polish immigrants who settled in South Omaha. Witamy! Our pastor is Fr. William Safranek. Bridget/Rose and St.

Stanislaus parish, founded in 1919 by immigrants from Poland who settled in South Omaha, is fundamentally Catholic and respectful of its Polish roots. Our beloved school was closed in 2013, graduating its 88th and final class of eighth-graders. However, we continue to worship together as a parish with members in all generations of life, from our newly-baptized babies, RCIA for adults, and the Gold

en Hill Gems senior organization. We invite you to join us for weekend Masses at 5:00pm Saturday and 8:00am Sunday. All Masses are in English with some hymns in Polish at the weekend Masses. On July 1, 2023 we join Sts. Francis of Assisi in a new Family of Parishes group that soon will include Our Lady of Fatima Vietnamese parish.

The Festival Committee needs your help to make our annual St. Stanislaus Polish Festival another successful event! Here's how you can help:

GROCERY BOOTH donations are needed! We are collecting nonperishable items such as canned goods, pastas, cereals, boxed foods, and paper products. Please be sure the expiration date is well beyond Aug 16 or we cannot use them. You can drop off items in the buckets at the doors of the church from now until the Festival.

SPECIAL RAFFLE: We are looking for donations for our Special Raffle. Items valued at $100 or more such as bikes, grills, Apple products, etc. We will also accept cash donations or gift cards to purchase items. Please call the office to make or bring a donation during business hours, Mon through Fri, 8:45a to 12p or 1p to 3:45p. Remember the office is closed this week Jun 15-19.

CAKE WALK BOOTH is asking for donations of cash to buy cakes for festival weekend; you can drop your gift in the collection basket at Mass or at the rectory during business hours. Anyone donating cakes is asked to bring them to the main entrance of the church on Sat, Aug 15 9a-12p.

FESTIVAL PIEROGI PRODUCTION continues for several more weeks. See the separate post for the schedule of dates and times volunteers are needed and come, even for an hour or two.

Our schedule for June 13/14, the 11th Sunday in Ordinary Time, includes recitation of the rosary and confessions followed by Sunday Mass at 8a, and anticipatory Mass at 5p on Saturday preceded by Eucharistic Adoration at 4p, confessions, and recitation of the rosary.
