🕵️‍♀️🔎 CASE FILE: Friday at OTH Kids ! 🔎🕵️‍♂️

Our young detectives had an incredible time discovering what it looks like to love, serve, and never give up!

🔍 CASE #2: Love & Honor Each Other
We learned from Mary washing Jesus’ feet that true love is shown through humble acts of service. Our kids even had the opportunity to put it into practice by washing each other’s feet!

🔍 CASE #3: Serve the Lord Enthusiastically
Through the story of Elisha serving Elijah, we discovered that when we serve others with the right heart, we are ultimately serving the Lord. God can use our willingness and obedience in amazing ways!

🔍 CASE #4: Rejoice in Hope & Keep Praying
Hannah taught us to never give up and never stop praying. Even when the answer doesn’t come right away, we can continue to trust God, rejoice, and pray!

And, of course, no detective night would be complete without some serious fun! We danced the night away with our special guests, Omaha Street Percussion!

What an unforgettable Friday! Our kids left with more than clues—they left with truth they can carry with them every day.

Last Night in OTH Kids was AWESOME!

🔍 CASE #1: Hold on to what is good
We learned from the story of Naomi and Ruth and discovered what it means to cling to what is good. Just as Ruth faithfully clung to Naomi, we can choose to hold on to God’s goodness—even when things are difficult.

Our kids talked about what it really looks like to love others. Not just pretending, but to show genuine love through our words, choices, and actions. We learned that when we face hurt, unkindness, or difficult situations, we can choose to overcome evil with good!

Let’s keep clinging to what is good and showing God’s love to everyone around us!

Today we honor the lives lost, the heroes who courageously served, and the families forever impacted by September 11, 2001.

May we continue to pray for our nation and teach the next generation to stand together and never forget.
