The Citylight Family of Churches mission is to MULTIPLY disciples and churches. To do that, we need pastors. Today there are pastors through out our network proactively developing men who can step into pastoral roles or lead new church plants. Our network wants to help!
Introducing CALLED.🌱 This 1-2 Year Church Planter Development Program provides called and qualified men with:
✅Practical & Biblical Equipping: Foundational tools for full-time pastoral ministry or church planting.
✅Cohort Community: A strong network of peers offering camaraderie, accountability, and mentorship.
✅Support: Walking together so no leader carries the burden alone.

MULTIPLY Family Conference this OCTOBER📌
We love to gather as one Family and celebrate God's Kingdom work, worship him, and equip one another in practical ways. We do this every year at MULTIPLY. This is a 24 hour event that helps provide alignment, vision and ongoing fellowship for those in the Citylight Family of Churches. If you are part of our network as a pastor, staff, spouse, elder, resident, missionary or church planter, registration is open. This year's theme is OUR LIVING HOPE from 1 Peter.

CELEBRATING GOD'S FAITHFULNESS🙌
Yesterday the Citylight IOWA Family celebrated Jesus and the light he has brought in and through their 3 churches. They also celebrated a birthday! Ten years ago a group of people who loved Jesus and had the desire to take the good news to CB planted . That simple act of trusting Jesus has led to a plentiful harvest the past 10 years that has included:
✅ 3 church plants and counting
✅ 800 people hearing the gospel on any given Sunday
✅ 350+ baptisms
✅ 5 lead pastors (Doug, Erick, Matt, Tyler, Kinnon) and 25+ staff and elders

Citylight Council Bluffs & Iowa Family ... We love you and are grateful to be a part of the same Family and mission with you. We celebrate what God has done and continue to dream about what he will do the next ten years. Jesus is still building his church. All glory to God!

CHURCH PLANTING IN WICHITA, KS🌱
We are a Family of churches, working together for the glory of God, spreading the good news of the Gospel throughout our region, the nation, and to the ends of the earth.
We are asking God to multiply the Citylight Family movement into ten strategic cities across the Midwest including Wichita, KS. Why? We believe that new Gospel movements in these ten hub cities will serve as catalysts for the multiplication of hundred of new churches and tens of thousands of new disciples over the coming years.
This past April, a small team from our Family travelled to Wichita to explore and learn, connect with other churches and leaders, and pray. We left encouraged and expectant. As we wait on the Lord, if you are interested or convicted about church planting and in Wichita, we want to hear from you. Thank you Jesus.
