Join us for a meaningful and joyful Holy Week at West Hills!
We begin our journey on Palm Sunday at 10:00 AM as we commemorate Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem, greeted by crowds waving palm branches in praise.
On Maundy Thursday at 7:00 PM, we gather for a special worship and communion service, reflecting on Jesus’s final moments with His disciples before His crucifixion.
On Good Friday, we invite you to our intimate Worship Pop-Up at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary, where we pause to meditate on Jesus's crucifixion and ultimate sacrifice.
Then, on Easter Sunday at 10:00 AM, we come together to celebrate the joyous reality: Jesus is Risen! Let’s rejoice in His victory over death and the new life He brings to all.
We look forward to walking through this sacred week with you!

We hope this message finds you safe and warm. We want to assure you that our Ash Wednesday Fish Fry (5-7 p.m.) and worship service (7 p.m.) will take place as scheduled this evening.

Please note that the daytime imposition of ashes has been canceled due to the timing of the warm-up. The 7 p.m. worship service will have a prayer-room format, allowing people to receive ashes early and depart as they are ready.

We look forward to seeing you this evening for a shared meal and time of prayer and worship!

Happy Snow Day!

West Hills Church has a standing policy to close the church if Westside Schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Westside Schools just canceled all classes and activities for Wednesday, 2/12. Accordingly, the church will also be closed tomorrow. Stay safe and warm!

In one week we will celebrate the birth of the Prince of Peace. Would you like a few minutes this week to sit with the beauty of that promise in the midst of the bustle and busyness? West Hills is hosting an Open Sanctuary with gentle illumination, contemplative music, and a variety of ways and spaces for you to pause to pray. Come as you are, leave when you’re ready. Friday, December 20, 6:30-8:30. All ages welcome!

With Ash Wednesday this week...that means it's time for our annual FISH FRY and ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE!! Come for fish at 5:30 pm and stay for the 7 pm service led by our youth. The menu this year: fried fish, chicken strips, tator tots, baked potato, coleslaw, and dessert. Thanks Men's Ministry for cooking up the grub! We hope to see you!
