Please join us for an outside worship service at Chalco Hills!
At 10 a.m. Sunday, June 14, Pacific Hills will hold that day's church service at Chalco Hills Recreation Area at 8901 S. 154th St. We have reserved the large (covered) group shelter that we have used in past years. After the service, we'll have sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks while we listen to a short presentation by Christopher Amen, a newly commissioned Lutheran missionary.

Don't forget that months that have 5 Sundays in them are special! On every 5th Sunday we will have one combined worship service at 9:00am followed by fellowship. There will be no worship at 8:00am and 10:30am. So Sunday May 31st, we will have one Worship Service at 9:00am.

Pacific Hills will participate in the National Day of Prayer this year on May 7th, 2026. The time will be from 10AM to 2PM. There will be a short devotional at 11AM with time for prayer after the devotional. At 12PM, Pastor Drebes will have a prayer service, with time for prayer after the service and then at 1PM a short devotional with time to pray after the devotional.

The theme for 2026 National Day of Prayer is “Glorify God Among the Nations Seeking Him in All Generations (1 Chronicles 16:24).

Celebrate Easter at Pacific Hills Lutheran Church! Our Resurrection Sunday Services are at 8:00 and 10:30 am. Join us between services (starting at about 9:00 am) for Easter Breakfast in Acker Hall.

Father, on this Holy Saturday we remember your Son, Jesus Christ, buried in the tomb. Help us not move too quickly past this moment. As we wait to celebrate tomorrow’s glorious resurrection help us eagerly anticipate that final day when tears and sorrow will be no more. Amen.
