The Ascension of Our Lord Jesus Christ into heaven 40 days after His Resurrection is a Holy Day of Obligation. There will be a Vigil Mass at Saints Peter and Paul at 5:30pm on Wednesday. The complete Mass schedule is provided below:

Free Raffle for tickets to attend the Installation of the New Archbishop of Omaha on Wednesday, May 7 at 2pm.

Each parish has 2 tickets to give away for installation Mass for Archbishop Michael McGovern at the Cathedral at 2pm. The Mass will be live-streamed from www.archomaha.com.

If you would like to attend the Mass in person, please participate in the free raffle using the link below. Entries will be accepted through 12pm on Monday. We will try to contact the winners by phone by 3pm on Monday and the results will be published on our page.

The Nebraska Catholic Day of Giving on May 7 is a great opportunity for people who have moved away from Omaha to make a donation to churches and schools that have played a key role in their lives. Of course, everyone is welcome to make a donation.
