Please pray for a young teenage boy who lost his mother a few years ago. He has moved more than 10 times and has lost hope. He claims he is an atheist so please pray for God to change his heart and show him what true hope is.

Please pray for a family who is facing a court trial after an already long road. This poor foster mother is fragile and needing peace and comfort during this difficult time and the children, I would imagine, have been through a lot.

Father we want to lift up a precious Utah family to you. You know their situation and we know this family and their foster children are in your mighty hands. Your will be done in this situation Father and we pray with all our hearts that you provide comfort and love to these precious children, who's hearts are broken. Father we also pray for Utah's Child Welfare System - that you intervene and guide those who work in the system to act in behalf of your children. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

After a forest fire in Yellowstone National Park , forest rangers began their trek up a mountain to assess the inferno's damage. One ranger found a bird literally petrified in ashes, perched statuesquely on the ground at the base of a tree. Somewhat sickened by the eerie sight, he knocked over the bird with a stick. When he gently struck it, three tiny chicks scurried from under t
heir dead mother's wings. The loving mother, keenly aware of impending disaster, had carried her offspring to the base of the tree and had gathered them under her wings, instinctively knowing that the toxic smoke would rise. She could have
flown to safety but had refused to abandon her babies. Then the blaze had arrived and the heat had scorched her small body, the mother had remained steadfast...because she had been willing to die, so those under the cover of her wings would live.

'He will cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you will find refuge.' (Psalm 91:4) When this world feels like it is burning you from every side, find comfort under God's wings.

Then Jesus made a circuit of all the towns and villages. He taught in their meeting places, reported kingdom news, and healed their diseased bodies, healed their bruised and hurt lives. When he looked out over the crowds, his heart broke. So confused and aimless they were, like sheep with no shepherd. "What a huge harvest!" he said to his disciples. "How few workers! On your knees and pray for harvest hands!"

The prayer was no sooner prayed than it was answered!!! Jesus called twelve of his followers and sent them into the ripe fields. He gave them power to kick out the evil spirits and to tenderly care for the bruised and hurt lives.

Father to the fatherless show me how I can help your little children who are hurting so. Lead me, guide me, push me even when I don't want to leave my comforts to help. Become my neon sign in the dark, pointing me to the specific children I am to help. Supernaturally bring that child or children into my life and give me words to speak. Let my life and my families life be a reflection of Christ.
